# Public Tenders Feed: EU Tenders, Awards and US Funding Calls

**Use case:**

Follow public procurement without visiting two portals. Get the latest EU tenders and contract awards from TED and US federal funding calls from Grants.gov as identically shaped JSON, with title, buyer, country, deadline, value, category codes and link. Filter by keyword, country, CPV code and notice type, and turn on new-notices mode for a daily digest.

## FAQ

### Which sources does it cover?

TED, the EU's official journal of public tenders and contract awards, and Grants.gov, the US federal funding portal. Both are read through their official public APIs. SAM.gov and USAspending are not included.

### How do I get only new notices?

Turn on Only new notices and run it on a schedule. Each later run returns what has not been delivered, oldest first. One exception: a Grants.gov forecast comes back, and is billed again, when it opens as a funding call.

### What data do I get for each notice?

The same eighteen fields every time, including title, description, buyer, country, publication date, deadline, category codes, value, winners and a link to the official notice. Anything a source does not publish is null or an empty list.

### Does it name who won a contract?

Only on TED, and only for clearly incorporated firms: a name is kept when it carries a legal form such as GmbH, S.A. or Ltd. That leaves out about a third of winner names, and about a quarter of notices with a winner show none.

### Does it include contact people?

Contact fields are never collected, and a description showing an email address or phone number is left out of the record. A person's name in free text cannot be detected and may remain.

### How much does it cost?

You pay per notice returned: $0.002 per notice, which is $2 for 1,000 notices. Maximum notices caps each run, so it is also your spending limit. No login, API key or proxy is needed.

## How to integrate an Actor?

This Task's input is already configured above. Use it as-is rather than inventing a new one.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For full API examples (JavaScript, Python, CLI, MCP, OpenAPI), see this Task's Actor page: https://apify.com/verrr/public-procurement-digest.md

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).
