Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## French B2B Lead Finder — SIRENE (Managers, Revenue, VAT)

### What it does

Build **French B2B lead lists** in minutes: pick an activity (keyword or NAF/APE code) and a location (department or postal code), and get every matching French company from the **official SIRENE / RNE registry** — with **SIREN, SIRET, managers (dirigeants), revenue (chiffre d'affaires), net income, intra-EU VAT number, full address and GPS coordinates**.

Fichier de prospection B2B France : trouvez toutes les entreprises d'un secteur (coiffeurs, boulangeries, plombiers, agences immobilières…) dans un département ou un code postal, avec dirigeants, CA, numéro de TVA et adresse de l'établissement local.

Built on the official French government API (`recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr`, open data, Licence Ouverte) — **no scraping, no blocking, no proxies**. It just works, every day.

### Input

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `keywords` | list | Activity keywords, e.g. `boulangerie`, `coiffure`, `plombier` |
| `nafCodes` | list | Optional NAF/APE codes, e.g. `96.02A`, `10.71C` |
| `departments` | list | Department numbers, e.g. `74`, `69`, `2A` (empty = all France) |
| `postalCodes` | list | Optional, more precise than departments |
| `onlyActive` | boolean | Exclude closed companies (default `true`) |
| `createdAfter` | date | Only companies created after this date — find **new businesses** |
| `maxResults` | integer | Max companies returned (you are charged per company) |

Every keyword × location combination is searched, and results are deduplicated by SIREN.

### Output

One item per company:

```json
{
  "status": "found",
  "siren": "440339471",
  "siret": "44033947100847",
  "companyName": "PASCAL COSTE COIFFURE",
  "nafCode": "96.02A",
  "creationDate": "2001-11-17",
  "employeeRange": "500-999",
  "address": "C/CIAL CARREFOUR 134 AV DE GENEVE 74000 ANNECY",
  "postalCode": "74000",
  "city": "ANNECY",
  "latitude": 45.925768178,
  "longitude": 6.1248807694,
  "mainManager": "PASCAL MARIE GABRIEL COSTE",
  "mainManagerRole": "Directeur Général",
  "managers": [{ "name": "PASCAL MARIE GABRIEL COSTE", "role": "Directeur Général" }],
  "vatNumber": "FR63440339471",
  "financeYear": 2020,
  "revenue": 41114848,
  "netIncome": -487314,
  "isRGE": false,
  "isQualiopi": false,
  "sourceUrl": "https://annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr/entreprise/440339471"
}
```

The address is the **local establishment** matching your location filter, not just the head office. Searches with no match return a `not_found` item; API errors return an `error` item (not charged).

### Pricing

Pay per result: you only pay for companies actually returned (`company-result` event). `not_found` and `error` items are free. Set **Max companies** or a max charge per run to control your budget.

### Use cases

- Cold outreach lists for agencies and B2B sales (by trade and area)
- Find **newly created businesses** in a region (`createdAfter`) — they need a website, accountant, insurance, bank…
- Enrich and segment a market: revenue, headcount, managers
- Feed Make / n8n / Zapier / CRM workflows with clean JSON

### Limitations & fair use

- The official API returns at most 10,000 results per search: split big searches by department or postal code.
- Phone numbers and emails are **not** in the public registry.
- Financial data is only available for companies that publish their accounts.
- Data on individuals (managers) is public registry data; use it in compliance with GDPR (legitimate interest, opt-out in your outreach).

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

What the companies do, in French works best (e.g. 'coiffure', 'boulangerie', 'plombier', 'agence immobilière'). Each keyword is searched separately.

## `nafCodes` (type: `array`):

Filter by official activity code, format 00.00X (e.g. '96.02A' hairdressing, '10.71C' bakery, '43.22A' plumbing). Can be used instead of or together with keywords.

## `departments` (type: `array`):

French department numbers (e.g. '74', '69', '2A'). Ignored if postal codes are set. Leave empty for all of France.

## `postalCodes` (type: `array`):

More precise than departments (e.g. '74000', '75011').

## `onlyActive` (type: `boolean`):

Exclude closed companies.

## `createdAfter` (type: `string`):

Only companies created on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Great for finding new businesses.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of companies to return in total. You are charged per company returned.
