## Changelog

All notable changes to this Actor are documented here. Versions follow `MAJOR.MINOR` as used by Apify builds.

### 1.2 (2026-10-12)

- 3 Nordic applicant tracking systems (19 in total), each verified against live boards:
 - **Varbi** (Swedish universities, agencies and municipalities): the careers site's own RSS feed; place, country, employment type and the formatted ad come from the job page.
 - **Jobylon** (Nordics and the Netherlands): the job widget that companies embed on their careers pages, plus each job's public page (posting date, address, workplace type, full ad).
 - **ReachMee** (Swedish universities and government agencies): the public job list that employers embed, plus each job's page. ReachMee publishes no posting date, so `postedAt` is empty for these jobs.
- Finds these boards from Varbi, Jobylon and ReachMee URLs, from careers pages that embed them, and from careers pages that only link to Jobylon job pages (one extra page load reads the company id).
- Input: Varbi subdomain, Jobylon company number and ReachMee site id in `companies`.
- Careers-page detection also reads links whose query string is entity-escaped (`&`).
- The run summary's `boardUrl` and each job's `sourceUrl` for ReachMee include the site key, so the link opens.
- The run summary's `actorVersion` and the User-Agent carry the real version (they said 1.0.0), and the User-Agent links to the Store page.
- Not added: Webcruiter. Its robots.txt asks every crawler except Google's to stay away, and it has no documented public job feed.

### 1.1 (2026-10-12)

- 7 more applicant tracking systems (16 in total): **Workday** (career sites on myworkdayjobs.com, newest jobs first), BambooHR, Breezy HR, Pinpoint, Rippling, JazzHR and Gem - each verified against live boards.
- JazzHR job pages without JobPosting data now use the page's own description block.
- Workday company names fall back to a readable form of the tenant ('adobe' -> 'Adobe') when the career site has no usable title.
- Per-ATS pacing for per-job detail requests (JazzHR fetches at most 2 job pages at a time).
- Input: the new ATS in the 'companies' list; Workday as 'tenant.wdN/site'.

### 1.0 (2026-10-11)

Initial release.

- Collect jobs from the official public job-board endpoints of 9 applicant tracking systems: Greenhouse (US and EU boards), Lever (global and EU instance, detected automatically), Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Workable, Personio (.de and .com), Teamtailor (including custom career domains) and EasyCruit.
- Input as job-board URLs, company careers pages / websites (the embedded board is detected automatically, at most 2 page loads per site), or ATS + board name. URL lists from linked text files are supported.
- One normalized schema for all ATS: company, title, department, team, locations, ISO countries, workplace type, employment type, rule-based seniority, ISO 8601 dates, job and apply URLs, salary ranges where published, description as clean text, sanitized HTML or both.
- Filters: title keywords (include / exclude), locations (text or country names in English and local languages), remote only, posted within N days, max jobs per company (newest first).
- Monitoring: `onlyNewJobs` + `monitoringId` remember delivered jobs in a named key-value store, so scheduled runs return only new jobs.
- Privacy: no recruiter or contact fields in the output; e-mail addresses and phone numbers in descriptions are removed by default (`redactContacts`).
- Pay-per-event charging with the `job` event (one per saved job); the run stops cleanly at the user's maximum cost per run.
- Reliability: retries with exponential backoff on rate limits and server errors, per-company error isolation, at most 3 parallel requests per host, resume after platform migration without duplicate charges, run summary in the `OUTPUT` record.
