This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Hotels Scraper: Prices, Ratings & Reviews by City (No Browser)

**Get Google Hotels results for any city, neighborhood or landmark and any dates: nightly price (and price with taxes), hotel class,
star rating, Google rating and review count, category scores (location, service, breakfast…), coordinates, check-in/out times,
official website and Google Maps link.** No browser, so runs are fast and cheap. **From $2 per 1,000 hotels** (Starter plan).

### Why this one

| | This Actor | Typical hotel scrapers |
|---|---|---|
| Hotels per city | **Up to 200**: when Google's ~20 run out it searches more angles (cheap, luxury, 3–5 star, boutique, family…) and removes duplicates | One page (~20) |
| Price | From $0.002 per hotel, duplicates never billed, failed searches free | Often per page or $0.005 per hotel |
| Dates that never go stale | `+30` / `+32` = relative to the run date, for scheduled price tracking | Fixed dates that expire |
| Detail | Price with taxes, category scores, check-in times, website, Maps link | Name, price, rating |
| Booking-site prices | Optional: the price on every booking site Google lists for the hotel (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, Trip.com, the hotel's own site…, up to ~25) with direct links + the cheapest offer — **billed only when found** | Separate, pricier actors |
| Filters | Min/max nightly price, min stars, min rating, min reviews, sort by price/rating/reviews — skipped hotels are free | Few or none |
| Switching | Accepts other hotel actors' input names (`searchQueries`, `checkInDate`, `checkOutDate`, `maxResults`, `minGuestRating`, `hotelClass`, `min_price`…) | — |
| Reliability | Direct first, Apify proxy only when Google limits us, automatic retries | Fails on the first block |

### Input examples

Paris, 2 nights a month from now:

```json
{ "locations": ["Paris"], "checkIn": "+30", "checkOut": "+32" }
```

100 hotels each in three cities for fixed dates:

```json
{ "locations": ["Rome", "Barcelona", "Lisbon"], "checkIn": "2026-12-04", "checkOut": "2026-12-07", "maxResultsPerLocation": 100 }
```

4- and 5-star hotels under $300 with every booking site's price, cheapest first:

```json
{ "locations": ["Rome"], "checkIn": "+40", "checkOut": "+42", "minStars": 4, "maxPrice": 300, "includeOffers": true, "sortBy": "price" }
```

Hotels around a landmark for one adult:

```json
{ "locations": ["near Times Square New York"], "adults": 1 }
```

### Output

One row per hotel: `name`, `stars`, `hotelClass`, `rating`, `reviews`, `price` (nightly), `priceText`, `priceWithTaxes`, `currency`,
`checkIn`, `checkOut`, `checkInTime`, `checkOutTime`, `latitude`, `longitude`, `website`, `country`, `mapsUrl`, `categoryScores`,
plus the `location` you asked for and the `searchUrl`. Hotels without availability for your dates come back with `price` empty.

### Pricing

| Event | Price (free plan) | When |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel | $0.0025 | One hotel row (cheaper on paid plans: $0.002 Starter, down to $0.0013); each hotel billed once per run |
| Booking offers | $0.003 | Per hotel when booking-site prices were found ($0.0025 Starter). Google lists them for many, not all, hotels |
| Searches with no results | free | Returned as an `error` row with the reason |

### Good to know

- Public Google Hotels results only. No login, no booking.
- Prices are in US dollars, as Google shows them at run time for your dates and guests (US market). Google Hotels ignores other currencies here.
- AI agents can call this Actor through Apify's MCP server and agent payments.

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Cities, areas or landmarks, e.g. 'Paris', 'Shibuya Tokyo', 'near Times Square'.

## `checkIn` (type: `string`):

YYYY-MM-DD, or '+N' = N days from the run date (good for schedules). Empty = tonight.

## `checkOut` (type: `string`):

YYYY-MM-DD or '+N'. Must be after check-in.

## `adults` (type: `integer`):

## `minRating` (type: `string`):

Google rating (out of 5).

## `minReviews` (type: `integer`):

Skip hotels with fewer reviews.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Order within each search page.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
