## Pricing

from $0.60 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs Scraper: ATS Job Postings API

Scrape open jobs from **Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby** careers pages in one run, with one output format, as JSON, CSV or Excel. Add the companies you care about and get every open job posting: title, department, location, remote/hybrid, salary range when published, full description and apply link, newest first across all sources. Turn on **Only new since last run** and schedule it to get just the jobs posted since yesterday.

Built for recruiters and staffing agencies, job boards and aggregators, sales teams using hiring as a buying signal, and labour-market researchers.

### Why this Actor

- **Three ATS platforms, one dataset.** Companies use different applicant tracking systems. Track them together instead of running three scrapers.
- **Official public APIs, no HTML scraping.** Uses each platform's public job board API. One request per company; no proxies, no browser, no login.
- **Merged and sorted.** Jobs from all boards are sorted newest first, so a capped run returns the latest postings, not just the first company.
- **Only new jobs.** A built-in memory per configuration returns just new postings on scheduled runs.

### What data you get

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| ats | greenhouse, lever or ashby |
| title | Senior Software Engineer |
| companyName / company | Board name (and display name when the source provides it) |
| department, team | Engineering, Backend |
| location, allLocations, country | London, UK; Remote (Europe) |
| workplaceType, isRemote | hybrid, false |
| employmentType | Full-time |
| salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency, salaryInterval, salaryText | when the company publishes pay |
| description | plain text, emails removed |
| postedAt, updatedAt | ISO 8601 |
| url, applyUrl | posting and application pages |

Some fields depend on the source: for example, Lever and Ashby state the workplace type, while Greenhouse only shows it when "Remote" is in the location.

### How to use

1. Find the board name in the company's careers URL: `boards.greenhouse.io/<name>`, `jobs.lever.co/<name>` or `jobs.ashbyhq.com/<name>`.
2. Paste names or URLs into **Greenhouse companies**, **Lever companies** and **Ashby companies**. Leave a list empty to skip that platform. Full board URLs work in any of the three lists.
3. Add optional filters (title keywords, locations, departments, remote only, posted within N days), then run, or save as a task and add a daily schedule with **Only new since last run** on.

```json
{
  "greenhouseCompanies": ["airbnb", "discord"],
  "leverCompanies": ["palantir", "spotify"],
  "ashbyCompanies": ["ramp", "notion"],
  "keywords": ["engineer"],
  "maxItems": 100
}
```

### Pricing

$0.75 per 1,000 jobs on the Free plan, with lower prices on paid Apify plans (pay per result): you are charged for each job pushed to the dataset, plus a tiny per-run start fee. Use **Max items** to cap a run. Runs use 256 MB.

### Use cases

- **Recruiting and staffing:** daily feed of new roles at target companies, whichever ATS they use.
- **Job boards and aggregators:** keep listings fresh from source, with salary data where published.
- **Sales intelligence:** companies hiring for a function (e.g. "data engineer") are buying signals.
- **Market research:** hiring trends by department, location and pay.

### FAQ

**How do I know which ATS a company uses?** Open a job on their careers page and look at the URL; it usually shows greenhouse.io, lever.co or ashbyhq.com.

**Does it need a login or API key?** No. All three job board APIs are public.

**Is salary always available?** Only when the company publishes pay ranges.

**How fresh is the data?** Live: every run reads the current open jobs.

### Limitations

- Only jobs on public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards; companies that host jobs elsewhere are not covered.
- EU-hosted Lever boards (jobs.eu.lever.co) are not supported.
- A board name that does not exist is skipped with a warning; the run fails only if no board can be read.
- Requests are paced at one per second, so very long company lists take longer.

# Actor input Schema

## `greenhouseCompanies` (type: `array`):

Greenhouse job board names or URLs, e.g. "airbnb" or https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb. Board URLs work in any of the three lists. One request per company.

## `leverCompanies` (type: `array`):

Lever job board names or URLs, e.g. "palantir" or https://jobs.lever.co/palantir. Board URLs work in any of the three lists. One request per company.

## `ashbyCompanies` (type: `array`):

Ashby job board names or URLs, e.g. "ramp" or https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp. Board URLs work in any of the three lists. One request per company.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains any of these (case-insensitive), e.g. "engineer", "sales". Leave empty for all jobs.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. "intern", "senior".

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location text contains any of these, e.g. "London", "Remote", "United States".

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains any of these, e.g. "Engineering", "Sales".

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote (or with "Remote" in the location).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs first published in the last N days. Leave empty for all open jobs.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Plain-text description (emails removed, up to 20,000 characters). Turn off for smaller output.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Turn this on in your scheduled task to return only jobs not seen in earlier runs with the same companies and filters. Seen jobs are kept per configuration in the named key-value store "govdata-greenhouse-lever-ashby-jobs-state" in your account. Off (the default) returns every matching open job on each run.

## `resetState` (type: `boolean`):

Forget previously seen jobs for this configuration (with onlyNew on, the next run returns everything again).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs. You are charged per job, so this keeps the cost of a run predictable. Newest jobs come first across all companies and sources.
