## TikTok Ads Library Scraper

Searches public TikTok Commercial Content/Ads Library results at `library.tiktok.com/ads` for a required query and supported EU/EEA country or Great Britain. Rows include the ad ID, canonical detail URL, advertiser, first/last shown dates, unique-user reach band, query/country provenance, rank, and scrape time. Optional text, platform, status, impressions, targeting, and media fields are included only when TikTok exposes them.

Missing values are omitted rather than invented. Distinct ads are deduplicated by their real TikTok ad ID, and blocked, failed, or zero-data runs fail explicitly. Challenge markers are checked before waiting for ad-card selectors. Cloud runs default to a Residential Apify Proxy in the requested country; local runs use no proxy unless configured.
