OpenFDA device recall database (api.fda.gov) - free, no API key required.

### Notes

- Data updates continuously from FDA enforcement reports
- Company names normalized (removes Inc/LLC/Ltd, standardizes case)
- Product descriptions cleaned (removes HTML, standardizes formatting)
- Dates in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Max 1000 results per run (API pagination limit)
