## Pricing

$2.00 / 1,000 matching public jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### What does this Actor do?

Export public Greenhouse job listings from explicitly supplied company board tokens. Filter job titles and locations with case-insensitive substring matching before producing charged rows.

### Why use it?

Use bounded batches for repeatable data workflows, CSV exports and Apify API integrations. No browser, paid proxy or model calls are required.

### Input and first run

1. Supply the source list in the Input tab.
2. Set maxItems and your maximum Apify charge.
3. Run and inspect the dataset plus REPORT.
4. Download OUTPUT.csv or use Apify dataset JSON, CSV or Excel exports.

```json
{
  "boards": [
    "stripe"
  ],
  "maxItems": 5
}
```

- **boards**: One to twenty public company board tokens, such as stripe. Not arbitrary URLs.
- **titleContains**: Case-insensitive literal substring; empty matches all titles.
- **locationContains**: Case-insensitive literal substring; empty matches all locations.
- **maxItems**: 1–1000 output rows; default 100.
- **maxRunSeconds**: 30–600 seconds; default 120.

### Output

| Field | Type | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| recordId | string | Observed recordId; absent source values remain null. |
| board | string | Observed board; absent source values remain null. |
| jobId | string | Observed jobId; absent source values remain null. |
| title | string | Observed title; absent source values remain null. |
| location | string | Observed location; absent source values remain null. |
| departments | array | Observed departments; absent source values remain null. |
| offices | array | Observed offices; absent source values remain null. |
| updatedAt | string | Observed updatedAt; absent source values remain null. |
| jobUrl | string | Observed jobUrl; absent source values remain null. |
| retrievedAt | string | Observed retrievedAt; absent source values remain null. |

REPORT contains emittedCount, errors, stopReason and paymentsVerified=false. STATE is a recovery checkpoint for this same run and parsed input. OUTPUT.csv quotes values and escapes potential spreadsheet formulas. This protection does not cover other exporters. Source values and observation times are preserved rather than invented.

### Pricing

Proposed launch price: **$0.002 per dataset row ($2 per 1,000)**, with no start event. Monetization is a separate provider setting: always inspect the actual Pricing tab. No paid row for invalid input, failed fetch or a duplicate already emitted in the same run.

### Limits and recovery

Not a global job search or company-discovery service. No applications, resumes, candidate profiles, recruiter contacts or private Harvest API access. updatedAt is the source update time, not a claimed publication time. Jobs can close after the observation. Descriptions are not collected. No persistent new-job alerts in this release.

Requests are sequential, bounded and rate-limited. Only public HTTP(S) targets on standard ports are allowed, with DNS address validation and pinning. No retries against blocked pages or paid proxies. On restart, existing rows are checked against a pending-write checkpoint. An uncertain missing write stops for review; this is not an exactly-once billing guarantee. Inputs must remain identical on recovery. A fresh run is a new paid batch. Error reports may contain supplied source identifiers; do not include secret-bearing URLs.

### API, source and support

Call through the Apify API tab or MCP and export structured results. Only process sources you have permission to access and reuse; public accessibility does not itself grant redistribution rights. This pilot is independent of Shopify and Greenhouse. Report reproducible issues through the Issues tab with a run ID and error code; never include credentials.

# Actor input Schema

## `boards` (type: `array`):

One to twenty public company board tokens, such as stripe. Not arbitrary URLs.

## `titleContains` (type: `string`):

Case-insensitive literal substring; empty matches all titles.

## `locationContains` (type: `string`):

Case-insensitive literal substring; empty matches all locations.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Successful unique result rows. Each row is one dataset event when monetized.

## `maxRunSeconds` (type: `integer`):

Time limit checked before each lookup or output; an in-flight request can finish later.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "boards": [
    "stripe"
  ],
  "titleContains": "",
  "locationContains": "",
  "maxItems": 100,
  "maxRunSeconds": 120
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `dataset` (type: `string`):

Result records

## `report` (type: `string`):

Errors and stop reason

## `csv` (type: `string`):

Spreadsheet-safe CSV

# API

You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "boards": [
        "stripe"
    ]
};
// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("wavy_toucanet/greenhouse-jobs-filtered-export").call(input);
// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
    console.dir(item);
});
