Cheap, normalized public-profile scraping for **Threads** — one clean record per handle.
### What it does
Give it a list of Threads handles (or profile URLs); it returns one normalized record per handle:
profile identity, follower/engagement counts, external links, profile-picture URL (+ sha256 if downloaded),
and platform-specific extras under `platformData`. Status is always one of `ok | not_found | private | restricted | error`.
