- Fixed: requests to dead or blocked Nitter instances (offline pages, access queues, bot challenges, rate limits, disabled search) are now detected and retried on another instance instead of being reported as "not found" / "no tweets found".
- Fixed: retries move to the next instance after the one that failed, instead of staying on a dead instance.
- Updated the Nitter instance pool; it can be overridden with the `NITTER_INSTANCES` environment variable.
- Input URLs on `www.` / `mobile.` hosts are accepted; invalid URLs or handles are skipped with a message instead of failing the run.
