Give it public URLs and it creates a persistent baseline for each page. On later runs it detects changed text, added or removed prices, and classifies the result as `PRICING`, `PRODUCT`, `LEGAL`, `DOCUMENTATION`, or general `CONTENT`.

This is a monitoring API, not a bulk archive of raw HTML. It extracts readable public page content and returns compact evidence designed for alerts and downstream automation.

### ⚠️ Limits and caveats

- The Actor monitors server-rendered public HTML. Pages whose useful content appears only after browser-side JavaScript may return limited text.
- A changed navigation template can affect many pages. The extractor removes common headers, navigation, footers, cookie notices, and scripts to reduce this noise.
- Price detection is evidence, not accounting advice. Currency formatting and promotional copy vary.
- Use a stable page URL. Redirects are followed, while URL fragments are ignored.
- Respect website terms, robots policies, copyright, and applicable law. Only public content is read; no login or private user data is requested.

#### Can I return only changed pages?

Yes. Disable `includeUnchanged`. The first successful run still returns an `INITIALIZED` baseline row.

#### Does it use an LLM?

No. Classification and evidence extraction are deterministic, which keeps runs fast, explainable, and inexpensive.

#### What happens when a page is temporarily down?

The run summary counts the failure and preserves the previous good baseline. Failed checks do not create billable dataset rows.
