## Pricing

from $4.00 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### What is Amazon Product Scraper?

Amazon Product Scraper reads public Amazon product pages by ASIN or product URL and returns one row per product: title, brand, price and list price, rating and rating count, best sellers rank, stock line, seller, images, feature bullets, variants and category. It works on 19 Amazon marketplaces and needs no login. Each product is one charged row.

### What data does Amazon Product Scraper extract?

| Field | Type | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| asin | string | Amazon ASIN |
| marketplace | string | Marketplace code, e.g. `com` |
| url | string | Product page |
| title | string | Product title |
| brand | string | Brand from the byline |
| price | number | Buy-box price (null when Amazon shows none) |
| listPrice | number | Struck-through list price |
| currency | string | ISO code for the marketplace |
| rating | number | Stars, 0 to 5 |
| ratingCount | number | Number of ratings |
| bestSellersRank | string | Rank text, e.g. `#1,234 in Electronics` |
| categoryRanks | array | Parsed ranks: `{rank, category}` |
| availability | string | Stock line as shown on the page |
| seller / sellerId | string | Seller name and Amazon seller id |
| imageUrl / images | string / array | Main and gallery image URLs |
| features | array | Feature bullets |
| variants | array | Variant ASINs with labels |
| isPrime | boolean | Prime badge present (see limitations) |
| category | string | Last breadcrumb |

### How to use Amazon Product Scraper

1. Enter ASINs or Amazon product URLs in "Products".
2. Choose the marketplace (used for ASINs and URLs without a domain).
3. Run it and download the dataset, or call the Actor through the API.

### Example input

```json
{
    "products": ["B0DCH8VDXF", "B08JHCVHTY"],
    "marketplace": "com"
}
```

### Example output

Real run, 22 Oct 2026, amazon.com, ASIN B0DCH8VDXF (first row of the run; the second ASIN was blocked by Amazon's robot check and was not charged):

```json
[
  {
    "position": 1,
    "asin": "B0DCH8VDXF",
    "marketplace": "com",
    "url": "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DCH8VDXF",
    "title": "Apple EarPods Headphones with USB-C Plug, Wired Ear Buds with Built-in Remote to Control Music, Phone Calls, and Volume",
    "brand": "Apple",
    "price": 17.87,
    "listPrice": null,
    "currency": "USD",
    "rating": 4.5,
    "ratingCount": 19258,
    "bestSellersRank": null,
    "availability": null,
    "seller": null,
    "variants": null
  }
]
```

Some fields are `null` in this example: Amazon did not show a stock line, seller or rank on that page for this request. The Actor never estimates a missing value.

### Input parameters

- **Products**: ASINs or product URLs (`…/dp/ASIN`).
- **Amazon marketplace**: used for ASINs and URLs without a domain.
- **Proxy mode**: `auto` (default) tries direct requests first and switches to a Residential proxy after repeated robot checks, when the account has one. `never` uses direct requests only. `always` uses Residential from the start.
- **Save debug HTML**: stores the fetched page for troubleshooting.

### Pricing

Pay per product: **$4.00 per 1,000 products** (FREE tier list price). Start fee: $0.00005 per run.

Measured platform cost (cloud run, 23 Oct 2026, 20 ASINs, 19 rows returned): total usage $0.017, about $0.0009 per returned product including the run start fee. Runs that use the Residential proxy add proxy traffic cost.

### Amazon Product Scraper vs. alternatives

The leading Amazon product Actor on the Apify Store (junglee Amazon Product Scraper, 30-day users 3,554) lists $0.005 per result on its FREE tier. This Actor lists $0.004 per product. Compare on your own ASIN list before you choose.

### Using Amazon Product Scraper with AI agents

Agents can call the Actor through the Apify MCP server or the API with ASINs and receive product rows as JSON.

### FAQ

**Does it need an Amazon account?** No.

**Why is the price null?** Amazon shows no buy-box price for some products in some regions or at some times (for example "Currently unavailable"). The Actor returns `null` instead of a guessed price.

**Why are some ASINs failing?** Amazon sometimes answers with a robot check. Each product gets several fresh sessions (homepage visit first). In the 23 Oct 2026 cloud run 1 of 20 ASINs (B08JHCVHTY) got a robot check on every session; it is listed in the `ERRORS` record and was not charged. Retry it later.

**Limitations.** Verified in the cloud on 23 Oct 2026: amazon.com, 20 ASINs taken from the Best Sellers Electronics page, 19 rows returned. Field coverage over those 19 rows: title 19, price 19, rating 19, list price 10, seller 11, availability 4, Best Sellers Rank 0 (the pages served to the cloud carried no rank text). `isPrime` is unverified. Other marketplaces were not run in the cloud.

# Actor input Schema

## `products` (type: `array`):

ASINs (e.g. `B0BSHF7WHW`) or Amazon product URLs (e.g. `https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BSHF7WHW`).

## `marketplace` (type: `string`):

Used for ASINs and for URLs without a domain. A product URL keeps its own domain.

## `saveDebugHtml` (type: `boolean`):

Store the fetched product page HTML in the key-value store (troubleshooting only).

## `proxyMode` (type: `string`):

never (default): direct only, so every charged row is a direct result. auto: direct first, Residential proxy only if Amazon blocks (costs more per page). always: Residential from the start.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "products": [
    "B0BSHF7WHW"
  ],
  "marketplace": "com",
  "saveDebugHtml": false,
  "proxyMode": "never"
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

All products from this run.
