## Pricing

from $0.84 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Flipkart Product Scraper (Prices & Ratings)

### What is Flipkart Product Scraper?

Flipkart Product Scraper pulls product search results from Flipkart.com, the Indian marketplace, for any keyword. For each product it returns the selling price, the MRP, the discount, the star rating, the rating count, the image and the product link, in INR. It reads the server-rendered search pages over plain HTTP, so it needs no browser, no login and no proxy. It pages through the results until your limit is reached.

### What data does Flipkart Product Scraper extract?

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `title` | string | Product name as shown on the search card |
| `sellingPrice` | number | Current selling price in INR |
| `mrp` | number or null | Maximum retail price, when the card shows one |
| `discountAmount` | number or null | MRP minus selling price, in INR |
| `discountPercent` | number or null | Discount shown on the card, in percent |
| `rating` | number or null | Average star rating (0 to 5); null for products without ratings |
| `ratingCount` | number or null | The count shown next to the stars (ratings and reviews together) |
| `imageUrl` | string | Main product image |
| `url` | string | Product page link (`/p/<itemId>?pid=<productId>`) |
| `productId` / `itemId` | string | Flipkart product and item identifiers |
| `keyword`, `page`, `position` | mixed | Which search, results page and position produced the row |
| `resultsReported` | number | Total results Flipkart reports for the search |
| `scrapedAt` | string | ISO timestamp of the scrape |

Flipkart does not show a separate review count on the search card, so this Actor reports the rating count only.

### How to use Flipkart Product Scraper

1. Open the Actor and enter one or more keywords in **Search keywords**, separated by semicolons.
2. Set **Max products per keyword** (default 40).
3. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
4. Download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the API.

### Example input

```json
{
    "keywords": "wireless earbuds; power bank",
    "maxItems": 40
}
```

### Example output

Real rows from a run on 2026-10-23 (search "bluetooth speaker", 12 results). Values are as shown on Flipkart at that time.

```json
{
    "itemId": "itmed51dd002328d",
    "productId": "ACCHQ7U8EKDJTEFP",
    "title": "Mivi PartyRoxx 80 80 W Bluetooth Party Speaker",
    "sellingPrice": 5999,
    "currency": "INR",
    "mrp": 9999,
    "discountAmount": 4000,
    "discountPercent": 40,
    "rating": null,
    "ratingCount": null,
    "imageUrl": "https://rukminim2.flixcart.com/image/612/612/xif0q/speaker/r/i/r/-original-imahrdy4tfxeuzh6.jpeg?q=70",
    "url": "https://www.flipkart.com/mivi-partyroxx-80-w-bluetooth-party-speaker/p/itmed51dd002328d?pid=ACCHQ7U8EKDJTEFP",
    "keyword": "bluetooth speaker",
    "resultsReported": 18607,
    "page": 1,
    "position": 1,
    "scrapedAt": "2026-10-23T02:40:09.011Z"
}
```

### Input parameters

- **Search keywords** (`keywords`): one or more search terms, separated by semicolons. Up to 20 keywords per run.
- **Max products per keyword** (`maxItems`): 1 to 1,000 products for each keyword. Default 40.

### Pricing

Pay per product: one event for each product row written to the dataset. Prices in USD.

| Plan | Price per 1,000 products |
|---|---|
| Free | $1.20 |
| Bronze | $1.08 |
| Silver | $0.96 |
| Gold, Platinum, Diamond | $0.84 |

Measured platform usage on 2026-10-23: a 60-product run took 7 seconds at 512 MB and was billed at $0.001 (rounded by the platform). Platform usage is far below the per-product price.

### Flipkart Product Scraper vs. alternatives

Other Flipkart actors in the Apify Store list their per-result price at about $0.001 to $0.0015 at the free tier (checked on 2026-10-23). This Actor reads the search cards only: it does not open each product page, so it is faster and cheaper per row, but it has no seller, stock or delivery-date fields. For those, use a product-detail actor.

### Using Flipkart Product Scraper with AI agents and MCP

Each product is one dataset row with flat, typed fields, so an agent can filter by `sellingPrice`, `discountPercent` or `rating` without parsing nested blobs. Call the Actor through the Apify MCP server or the REST API with `{"keywords": "...", "maxItems": 40}`.

### FAQ

**Is this legal?** The Actor reads public search pages without logging in and without bypassing any access control. You are responsible for how you use the data and for complying with Flipkart's terms and local law.

**Why is `rating` null for some products?** Flipkart shows no rating on the card for products that have none yet. The field stays null rather than guessed.

**Why are `mrp` and `discountPercent` sometimes null?** The card shows an MRP and discount only when the price differs from the list price.

**Does it return seller, stock or delivery data?** No. The search card does not carry those fields.

**Can it run on the free Apify plan?** Yes. The run uses 512 MB and finishes in seconds for small searches.

**What if a run returns fewer results than I asked for?** The run stops when Flipkart no longer returns new pages or the page limit is reached. The total Flipkart reports for the search is in `resultsReported`. Large limits (hundreds of products) were not measured in this release.

**Errors and limits.** If a search page cannot be read after three attempts, the run records it in the ERRORS key-value record and continues. A run that reads no products at all fails, so you are not billed for an empty run. Layout changes on Flipkart's side can stop the parser until it is updated.
