## Pricing

from $1.80 / 1,000 games

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Sports Odds Scraper (Moneyline, Spread, Totals)

### What is Sports Odds Scraper?

Sports Odds Scraper collects betting odds per game from Pinnacle and DraftKings. Each dataset row is one game with its main moneyline, point spread and total prices: the prices the bookmaker shows publicly for the full game, not the alternate lines.

Pinnacle covers NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and the English Premier League. DraftKings covers NFL. Use it to compare lines between books, track line moves over time, feed odds dashboards and build sports data sets. Prices are as the bookmaker shows them at the time of the run.

### What data does Sports Odds Scraper extract?

| Field | Type | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| sport | string | Sport name as the bookmaker lists it (Football, Basketball, Soccer...) |
| league | string | NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or EPL (the input you chose) |
| bookmaker | string | Pinnacle or DraftKings |
| eventId | string | Bookmaker's id for the game |
| startTime | string or null | Scheduled start (ISO time) |
| status | string or null | Game status as the bookmaker shows it (e.g. NOT_STARTED on DraftKings) |
| home, away | string or null | Team names |
| homeParticipantId, awayParticipantId | string or null | Team ids (DraftKings only) |
| moneylineHome, moneylineAway, moneylineDraw | number or null | American odds; draw only in soccer |
| spreadHomePoints, spreadAwayPoints | number or null | Point handicap for each side |
| spreadHomePrice, spreadAwayPrice | number or null | American odds for each side of the spread |
| totalPoints | number or null | Total points line |
| overPrice, underPrice | number or null | American odds for over and under |
| position | number | Row position in this run |
| scrapedAt | string | ISO timestamp of the scrape |

Odds are American (e.g. -110, +150). Negative numbers are the favourite.

### How to use Sports Odds Scraper

1. Choose the bookmaker: Pinnacle (all five leagues) or DraftKings (NFL only).
2. Choose the league: NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or EPL.
3. Set "Max games" (default 50).
4. Start the run, then download the dataset or read it through the API.

### Example input

```json
{
    "bookmaker": "draftkings",
    "league": "NFL",
    "maxResults": 50
}
```

### Example output

Real row from a DraftKings NFL run on 23 Oct 2026 (game of 25 Oct 2026):

```json
{
    "sport": "Football",
    "league": "NFL",
    "bookmaker": "DraftKings",
    "eventId": "34118009",
    "startTime": "2026-10-25T13:30:00.0000000Z",
    "away": "PIT Steelers",
    "homeParticipantId": "18423",
    "awayParticipantId": "18456",
    "moneylineHome": 145,
    "moneylineAway": -175,
    "scrapedAt": "2026-10-23T10:39:10.000Z",
    "position": 1
}
```

### Input parameters

| Parameter | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| bookmaker | pinnacle | pinnacle or draftkings (NFL only) |
| league | NFL | NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or EPL |
| maxResults | 50 | Game rows per run, 1 to 1,000 |
| debug | false | Saves the raw bookmaker responses to the key-value store. For troubleshooting only |

### Pricing

Pay per game row: **$3.00 per 1,000 games** on the free plan ($0.003 per game row). Volume tiers lower the price on paid Apify plans.

Measured on 23 Oct 2026 at 256 MB: a DraftKings NFL run for 27 games used $0.000 of platform usage in 4 seconds; Pinnacle runs for 12 to 40 games used $0.000 in 3 to 5 seconds. The CLI prints usage to three decimals, so these are rounded figures.

### Sports Odds Scraper vs. alternatives

Odds aggregators and paid odds APIs cover more books and more markets. This Actor reads two books' public odds pages for the main lines only and charges per game row, so it suits a small set of leagues and books. It does not show player props, live odds or alternate lines.

### Using Sports Odds Scraper with AI agents / MCP

An agent sends `bookmaker`, `league` and `maxResults` and reads the game rows. Odds change, so an agent should read the `scrapedAt` field and rerun for current prices.

### FAQ

**Is this legal?** The Actor reads the public odds pages that the bookmakers serve to their websites. It does not log in, does not place bets and does not use any account. Betting-odds data may be restricted in some countries and by some licences, so check the rules for your use.

**Why are some EPL moneyline values empty?** In a test on 23 Oct 2026, 30 of 40 EPL games had a moneyline in the feed. The other games had no open moneyline line at scrape time.

**Why does DraftKings cover only NFL?** The Actor uses the DraftKings NFL event feed, which was the only league feed tested. Other DraftKings leagues need their own league id and a check before they are added.

**What is an alternate line?** An alternate spread or total (e.g. a 10.5-point spread next to the main 3-point spread). The Actor reads only the main lines.

**Can I call it from n8n, Make or Zapier?** Those tools can start any Apify Actor through their Apify integrations. This was not tested for this Actor.

**What about errors and limits?** A run fails only when no game is collected. A league with no games at that time returns an error in the log.

### Support

Open an issue on the Actor's Issues tab on Apify. Include the run ID, the input and the log lines.

### Limitations

- Main lines only: full-game moneyline, spread and total. No player props, halves, quarters or alternate lines.
- Two books, five leagues on Pinnacle, one league on DraftKings.
- Prices change often. A row is a snapshot at `scrapedAt`.
- `moneylineDraw` is filled only when the feed lists a draw price. Checked for EPL only; other leagues are not checked for draw prices.
- Pinnacle's feed lists games that are open for betting. Games with no open line are not returned.
