## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Trendyol Reviews Scraper (Ratings, Comments, Sellers)

### What is Trendyol Reviews Scraper?

Trendyol Reviews Scraper collects customer reviews of any Trendyol product from its product page URL. Each review becomes one row: star rating, full text, date, language, helpful votes, seller, number of photos, and the product's rating totals. It runs a real browser and needs no login.

### What data does Trendyol Reviews Scraper extract?

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `reviewId` | string | Trendyol's review id |
| `productId` | string | Product id from the URL (`…-p-<id>`) |
| `productUrl` | string | Product page URL without tracking parameters |
| `productName` | string | Product name (schema.org data on the page) |
| `brand` | string | Brand name |
| `rating` | number | Stars, 1 to 5 |
| `text` | string | Review text (null when empty) |
| `publishedAt` | string | Date the review was posted (ISO 8601) |
| `lastModifiedAt` | string | Last edit date (ISO 8601) |
| `language` | string | Language code, e.g. `tr` |
| `likes` | number | Helpful votes ("likes") on the review |
| `userName` | string | Name as Trendyol shows it on the site (already masked by Trendyol, e.g. `A** T**`) |
| `sellerId`, `sellerName` | string | Seller that sold the reviewed item |
| `mediaCount` | number | Number of photos or videos attached (the files are not downloaded) |
| `trusted` | boolean | Trendyol's `trusted` flag. Trendyol does not document its meaning, so treat it as raw data |
| `productRating`, `productRatingCount`, `productReviewCount` | number | Product totals shown on the product page |
| `position`, `scrapedAt` | number, string | Row number in the run and collection time |

Not collected: profile links, profile photos, user ids, review photos, and the product variant (size or colour). The review data Trendyol returns does not include a variant field, and Trendyol's answer does not include a seller reply, so neither is in the output.

### How to use Trendyol Reviews Scraper

1. Open the product on trendyol.com and copy its URL (it must end in `-p-<number>`).
2. Paste one or more product URLs into **Product URLs**.
3. Set **Max reviews per product** (default 100, up to 5,000).
4. Run the Actor and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Example input

```json
{
    "productUrls": [
        "https://www.trendyol.com/umd/q87-kulakici-bluetooth-kulaklik-anc-enc-cok-amacli-butun-telefonlarla-uyumlu-p-1099321853"
    ],
    "maxReviewsPerProduct": 300
}
```

### Example output

One row from a real run (`ToQBVtXfAiiXganqD`, 2026-10-23, 297 rows for this product):

```json
{
  "position": 1,
  "reviewId": "628693139",
  "productId": "1099321853",
  "productUrl": "https://www.trendyol.com/umd/q87-kulakici-bluetooth-kulaklik-anc-enc-cok-amacli-butun-telefonlarla-uyumlu-p-1099321853",
  "productName": "UMD Q87 Kulakiçi Bluetooth Kulaklık ANC ENC Çok Amaçlı BÜTÜN TELEFONLARLA UYUMLU",
  "brand": "UMD",
  "rating": 5,
  "text": "Dün siparis verdim asiri hizli teslimat bugun elime ulasti sesde gayet yuksek ve net geliyor tavsiye derim  cokta tatli bir lulaklik rahat kulagida acitliyor fiyatida gayet makul",
  "publishedAt": "2026-04-11T12:46:24.839Z",
  "lastModifiedAt": "2026-04-11T12:46:24.839Z",
  "language": "tr",
  "likes": 1,
  "userName": "A** T**",
  "sellerId": "1052494",
  "sellerName": "MDA AKSESUAR",
  "mediaCount": 1,
  "trusted": true,
  "productRating": 3.8,
  "productRatingCount": 534,
  "productReviewCount": 297,
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-23T03:13:14.733Z"
}
```

Measured on the same product: the run returned 297 of 297 reviews the product page reports. Ratings in that run: 64 one-star, 17 two-star, 23 three-star, 25 four-star, 168 five-star.

### Input parameters

- **Product URLs**: Trendyol product page URLs (`…-p-<id>`). Search pages are not supported.
- **Max reviews per product**: the Actor reads reviews in Trendyol's own default order (not guaranteed to be newest first) until the list ends or this limit is reached.
- **Proxy mode**: `auto` (default) uses a Turkish Residential proxy. Trendyol shows a country-selection page to other addresses, so direct access does not reach the reviews. `never` is direct only and is usually blocked. `always` is the same as `auto`.

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$2.50 per 1,000 reviews** on the free plan. Higher Apify plans get lower volume prices; the Actor's pricing page in the Apify Console shows the exact price for each plan. Residential proxy traffic is included in the per-result price.

Measured usage (Apify platform, 2026-10-23): one run of 297 reviews (1 product) used $0.021; one run of 80 reviews (2 products, 40 each) used $0.022. The per-run cost is mostly the product page load, so runs with few reviews per product cost more per review. The figures are small test runs; no production volume is measured yet.

### Trendyol Reviews Scraper vs. alternatives

Other Trendyol review scrapers on the Apify Store list products, prices and reviews together. This Actor is narrower: it takes a product URL and returns only the reviews, with the fields listed above. It does not return variant (size or colour) or seller-reply fields, because Trendyol's review answer does not include them.

### Using Trendyol Reviews Scraper with AI agents

Agents can call the Actor through the Apify API or the Apify MCP server with a product URL. The output is one flat row per review, so an agent can count stars, summarise text or compare products without unpacking nested objects.

### FAQ

**Does the Actor need a Trendyol account?** No. It reads public product pages.

**Why a Turkish proxy?** Trendyol serves a country-selection page to non-Turkish addresses. The reviews load only through a Turkish address.

**Which reviews come first?** Trendyol's default order. It is not strictly newest first; `publishedAt` is shown on every row so you can sort it yourself.

**Why are some fields empty?** A review without text has `text: null`. A product without a schema.org block on its page has `productName` and the totals set to null.

**The Actor fails with "Trendyol could not be loaded".** Trendyol may be blocking the session. Run again later, or check that the product URL opens in a browser.

**Can I get seller replies or the size or colour bought?** Not with this Actor. Neither is in the review data that Trendyol returns (checked on 2026-10-23).

**Is the review endpoint official?** No. The Actor calls the review endpoint that the Trendyol product page itself uses. Trendyol may change it without notice.
