- Faster and more reliable on Apify: pages now run 2 per CPU core instead of filling the memory. On 20 heavy sites, every page came through (19 % failed before), and runs finish faster.
- PNG captures use Chrome's fast encoder: tall phone pages render up to 3× faster, for files 20-35 % larger.
- Fixed: capturing an element further down the page (with **CSS selector**) could return an empty area.
- Pages a site answers with an error (403 bot wall, 404, 500) are delivered but not charged. Each row has a `charged` field, and the live API sends an `X-Charged` header.
- Residential proxies are charged per MB of traffic (`residentialTrafficMb` in each row) instead of a flat fee per file.
- The live API no longer charges a residential surcharge: it never uses a proxy.
- The run log shows how long each step took for every page, and a page that runs out of time says which step it was stuck in.
- Default memory is 4 GB (the minimum too). You don't pay for memory: files are priced per event.
- New prices: $6.00 per 1,000 screenshots, $8.00 per 1,000 PDFs.
- Output schema: the run's Output tab and the API's `output` field link to the results table, the stored files and the OUTPUT record.
