Turn a brief, request, or specification into requirements, acceptance checks, constraints, dependencies, and unknowns. Returns only source-backed JSON.

Start one run with the documented input and read the one JSON row from the default dataset. The Actor does not browse public websites, use Standby mode, or invent missing source values.
