## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## EU Tender Radar – TED Public Procurement with AI Summaries & Relevance Scoring

**Find EU public tenders that actually fit your company. Every notice is summarized by AI in your language and scored 0–100 against your company profile.**

### At a glance – what your results look like

| Tender | Buyer | Deadline | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Web development and IT support services | Federal ministry, DE | 2026-10-27 | 82 |
| Cloud migration for public administration | City administration, AT | 2026-11-05 | 74 |
| Road construction works | County office, DE | 2026-10-30 | 8 |

*Illustrative example. Every result also includes an AI summary, the business impact, the reason for the score and a link to the official source.*

👉 **Try it free:** click **Try for free**, describe your company in one sentence and get your first results in about a minute.

Public authorities in the EU publish hundreds of tenders every day on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily). The original notices are long, multilingual and hard to scan. This Actor does the reading for you.

### What does EU Tender Radar do?

1. **Searches** new TED notices by industry (CPV code), buyer country and publication date.
2. **Summarizes** each notice in 2–3 sentences in **English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Polish**.
3. **Scores** each tender **0–100** for how well it fits **your company profile**, with a one-sentence reason.
4. **Delivers** a clean table you can download as **Excel, CSV or JSON**, or pull via API into your CRM, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or n8n.

### Who is it for?

- IT service providers, software agencies, consultancies
- Construction companies, engineering and architecture firms
- Facility management, cleaning, security and logistics companies
- Bid managers, tender consultants and sales teams that sell to the public sector
- Anyone who wants a **daily tender alert** without manually searching TED

### How to use it

1. Enter one or more **CPV codes** (e.g. `72000000` IT services, `45000000` construction, `79340000` advertising, `90910000` cleaning).
2. Choose **buyer countries** (e.g. `DEU`, `AUT`, `FRA`, `ITA`).
3. Pick the **output language**.
4. Describe your **company profile** in 1–3 sentences – the more specific, the better the scoring.
5. Optional: set a **minimum relevance score** (e.g. 50) to only receive good matches.
6. Run it – or create a **schedule** (e.g. every morning) to get new matching tenders automatically.

### Example output

```json
{
  "title": "Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support",
  "buyer": "Federal Ministry of the Interior",
  "country": "DEU",
  "published": "2026-10-05",
  "deadline": "2026-10-27",
  "relevance_score": 82,
  "summary": "The ministry is looking for IPv6 experts to support network migrations in federal authorities ...",
  "service": "Consulting and support services for IPv6 migrations",
  "reason": "Strong fit with cloud and public-sector experience; requires network specialists.",
  "cpv_codes": "72000000",
  "publication_number": "681675-2026",
  "url": "https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/681675-2026",
  "language": "en"
}
```

### Use with AI agents (MCP, LangChain, n8n)

EU Tender Radar works as a tool for AI agents and assistants. Connect it via the **Apify MCP server** (for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients) or via Apify's integrations for LangChain, LlamaIndex, Make, Zapier and n8n. The agent fills in the input fields, runs the Actor and receives clean, structured JSON with summaries, scores, deadlines and source links.

Example request an agent can handle with this Actor:

> "Find new IT service tenders in Germany and Austria from the last 7 days that fit a 20-person web development agency, and list the deadlines."

All input fields have clear descriptions, and every result has a stable structure – ideal for automated agent workflows.

### Pricing

Pay per result: you only pay for **analyzed tenders that end up in your results**. Tenders below your minimum relevance score are skipped and **not charged**. See the current price at the top of this page. Use **Max. tenders per run** and Apify's **max cost per run** setting to stay in full control of costs.

Users on the free Apify plan can try the Actor with up to 3 tenders per run.

### Good to know

- **Data source:** TED – Tenders Electronic Daily, © European Union, retrieved via the official public TED API.
- **No personal data:** contact persons, names and e-mail addresses are deliberately not collected.
- **AI disclaimer:** summaries and scores are generated automatically by an AI model and may contain errors. Always check the original notice (link in every result) before submitting a bid.
- **Empty deadline?** Some buyers only state the deadline in the tender documents, not in the notice data.

### FAQ

**Can I get tenders every day automatically?** Yes – create a schedule in Apify Console and connect the results to e-mail, Google Sheets, Slack or your CRM via Apify integrations.

**Which countries are covered?** All countries that publish on TED: EU member states plus EEA and some other countries.

**Problems or feature requests?** Please open an issue in the **Issues** tab.
