## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### What does Otodom, Storia & Imovirtual Scraper do?

**Otodom, Storia & Imovirtual Scraper** extracts **property listings for sale and rent** from three OLX Group real estate portals: [Otodom.pl](https://www.otodom.pl) (Poland), [Storia.ro](https://www.storia.ro) (Romania) and [Imovirtual.com](https://www.imovirtual.com) (Portugal). Paste any search results URL and get **price, price per m², area, rooms, floor, location, agency and more** as clean JSON, CSV or Excel.

It reads the data the website already sends to your browser, over plain HTTP with no headless browser. That makes it **fast (about 1,000 listings in 40 seconds) and cheap**. On Apify you also get API access, scheduling, integrations and monitoring.

### Why scrape Otodom, Storia and Imovirtual?

- **Real estate market research**: track asking prices and price per m² by city, district or neighbourhood.
- **Investment analysis**: compare rental prices against sale prices to estimate yields.
- **Lead lists for agencies and developers**: see which agencies are active in an area and how many listings they have.
- **Price monitoring**: schedule a daily run and spot new listings and price drops.
- **Data for AI agents and dashboards**: flat, consistent records across three countries.

### How to scrape Otodom, Storia or Imovirtual

1. Open otodom.pl, storia.ro or imovirtual.com and search with any filters you like (city, price, rooms, sale or rent).
2. Copy the URL of the results page.
3. Paste it into **Search URLs**. Add as many as you want, and you can mix sites.
4. Set **Max listings per search URL** and click **Start**.
5. Download the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or fetch them through the Apify API.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `startUrls` | Search results URLs from otodom.pl, storia.ro or imovirtual.com. Filters in the URL are kept. |
| `maxItems` | Maximum listings per search URL (default 100). |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Optional. Usually not needed. Turn on Apify Proxy only if you see repeated HTTP 403 errors. |

```json
{
    "startUrls": [
        { "url": "https://www.otodom.pl/pl/wyniki/wynajem/mieszkanie/malopolskie/krakow/krakow/krakow?priceMax=4000" },
You can download the dataset in various formats such as JSON, HTML, CSV or Excel.
### Data fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `price`, `currency` | Asking price (monthly rent for rentals) and currency (PLN, EUR, RON) |
| `pricePerSqm` | Price per m². For new development projects (`estate: INVESTMENT`) this is the "from" price and `price` is empty |
| `monthlyFee` | Monthly building/administration fee where the portal lists it |
| `areaSqm`, `plotAreaSqm` | Usable area and plot area in m² |
| `rooms`, `floor` | Numbers (floor 0 = ground). Values the portal doesn't number, such as `ABOVE_TENTH`, are kept as text |
| `location`, `locationPath`, `street` | Most specific location name, its hierarchy ID and street when published |
| `transaction`, `estate` | `SELL`/`RENT` and property type (`FLAT`, `HOUSE`, `INVESTMENT`, ...) |
| `agencyName`, `agencyType`, `isPrivateOwner` | Who lists the property (agency or developer). Private sellers' names are not collected |
| `tags`, `imageCount`, `imageUrl`, `shortDescription` | Listing features, photo count, main photo and short description |
| `createdAt`, `updatedAt` | When the listing was first created and last bumped |
### How much does it cost to scrape Otodom?
You pay **$1.50 per 1,000 listings** (plus a tiny start fee per run) with no subscription. The Apify free plan's monthly credits cover a few thousand listings, so you can test for free. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options and the scraper stops cleanly when it's reached.
### Tips
- Keep your filters in the URL. Narrow searches are faster and cheaper than scraping a whole country.
- The portals return fewer listings on very deep result pages. For full coverage of a big city, use one search URL per district or price range.
- Schedule a daily run with a small `maxItems` and sort by newest on the website to catch new listings.
### FAQ
Check the terms of each website and make sure your use complies with the laws that apply to you, including GDPR.
**Does it scrape full listing details or phone numbers?** No. It extracts the data shown on search result pages. Contact details aren't collected.
**Something broke or you need another field?** Open an issue on the Issues tab. Custom solutions are available on request.
