## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 job rows

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Career Jobs Search + Hiring Signals

Search open jobs taken directly from companies' own job boards on **Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, BambooHR and Personio**, refreshed every day.
Input: title keywords, location, country, remote, seniority, tech stack, department, salary, posting date, or your own list of company websites. Output: one row per job with the apply link.
Switch to **hiring signals** for one row per company that opened matching roles in the last N days, with its tech stack and hiring countries: built for sales prospecting and recruiting intelligence.

**Database today:** about 48,000 open jobs from 1,250+ company job boards (Y Combinator, remote-first companies and others), refreshed every morning.

### Who uses it

- **Sales and growth teams:** find companies that are hiring for a function you sell into (e.g. companies opening "data engineer" or "account executive" roles = buying signal), with their tech stack.
- **Recruiters and staffing agencies:** track new roles at target accounts every day, without checking career pages one by one.
- **Job boards and newsletters:** a clean feed of fresh jobs with salary, seniority, remote flag and apply links.
- **Job seekers and analysts:** filter by tech stack, country or salary; study hiring trends by company.

### Why this Actor

- **Straight from the source.** Jobs come from each company's public ATS job board, not from aggregators. No reposts and no expired ads: closed jobs disappear on the next daily refresh.
- **Bring your own companies.** Pass up to 100 company websites (e.g. your target accounts). Companies already in the database are answered instantly; others are looked up live on their public job board and then tracked daily.
- **New-role tracking.** Every job has `first_seen`, so you can ask for roles that appeared in the last 1–7 days.
- **Useful fields.** Salary ranges (when published), seniority, technologies mentioned, countries, remote / hybrid.
- **Hiring signals.** Which companies just opened roles in a function, how their open-role count changed in 30 days, their top departments, tech stack and hiring countries.
- **Fast and cheap.** Searches run against a prepared database, so most runs finish in seconds.

### Examples

Remote data engineering jobs posted this week, with salary:

```json
{ "mode": "jobs", "keywords": ["data engineer", "analytics engineer"], "remoteOnly": true, "postedWithinDays": 7, "salaryOnly": true }
```

Senior roles that mention Kubernetes, in Germany or the Netherlands:

```json
{ "mode": "jobs", "technologies": ["Kubernetes"], "seniority": ["senior", "staff_principal"], "countries": ["Germany", "NL"] }
```

Internships and new-grad roles, or AI / ML roles, or jobs at Y Combinator startups (switch on one of the niche filters):

```json
{ "mode": "jobs", "earlyCareerOnly": true, "countries": ["US"], "keywords": ["software"] }
```

Every open job from specific company boards, including Workday career sites (boards not yet in the database are fetched live):

```json
{ "mode": "jobs", "boardUrls": ["https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/gitlab", "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"] }
```

Hiring signals for your target accounts (sales roles opened in the last 14 days):

```json
{ "mode": "hiring_signals", "companyWebsites": ["stripe.com", "vanta.com", "bunq.com"], "keywords": ["account executive", "sales"], "newWithinDays": 14 }
```

Companies from `companyWebsites` that have no supported public job board are listed in the run's key-value store under `NOT_FOUND` (not billed as results).

### Pricing

Pay per event:

- **Job row** (jobs mode)
- **Company row** (hiring-signals mode)
- **Company lookup**: only for websites you pass that are not yet in the database

Runs with no matches return nothing and charge no rows. Use **Max results** or Apify's maximum cost per run to cap spend.

### Coverage and limits

- The database covers Y Combinator companies, the remoteintech list of remote-first companies, companies posting in Hacker News "Who is hiring?" threads and companies from public new-grad and internship job lists, and grows with every company buyers look up. Check `database_updated_at` on each row for freshness.
- Companies on other ATS platforms or with private boards are not included. Workday career sites are supported when you pass them in `boardUrls` (they are not crawled automatically, because large employers can have thousands of jobs each).
- Pay ranges come from structured ATS fields (Ashby, Lever, Recruitee) and from the pay sentence in the job text (Greenhouse, Workable, Personio...). `salary_type` is `ote` when the range includes commission (on-target earnings).
- `published_at` is the date the ATS reports (not available for BambooHR); `first_seen` is when the daily collector first saw the job.
- `seniority`, `technologies` and `countries` are derived from the posting text with rules, so treat them as good filters, not perfect labels. SmartRecruiters and BambooHR postings have no description in their public lists.

### FAQ

**Do I get duplicate rows?** No by default: when a company posts the same role several times (same title and
location) you get one row, with `similar_postings` saying how many identical postings it stands for. Turn on
**Include duplicate postings** to get every posting.

**Is this a Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby scraper?** It reads the official public job board endpoints those ATS platforms provide for company career pages, so you get the same jobs the company publishes, in one consistent format across 8 ATS.

**How fresh is the data?** The database is refreshed every day; `database_updated_at` on each row shows when. Jobs that close disappear on the next refresh, and `first_seen` tells you when a role first appeared.

**Can I get jobs from a specific company?** Yes: put its website in `companyWebsites` (e.g. `stripe.com`). If it's not in the database yet, it's looked up live and added to the daily refresh.

**Can I integrate it?** Yes: call it via the Apify API, schedule it, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets or webhooks like any Apify Actor.

**How much does a typical run cost?** 100 job rows cost $0.50; 50 company signals cost $1.50. Set **Max results** to cap spend.

### Data and use

Only public job-posting data is collected from official public job board endpoints, at a low request rate. No personal data. Each row links to the original posting; please send applicants there.

### What you can do with it

- Scrape jobs from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable job boards in one API
- Search fresh software engineer, data, product and sales jobs by country, seniority and salary
- Get all open jobs at a list of companies from their own career pages
- Find companies hiring for a role or team right now (hiring signals for sales prospecting)
- Filter jobs by tech stack (Python, React, AWS, Snowflake...) and remote work
- Export job postings to CSV, Excel, JSON, Google Sheets or your database

### What it costs

| Example | Cost |
| --- | --- |
| 50 matching jobs | about $0.15 |
| 1,000 matching jobs | about $3.00 |
| 100 company hiring signals | about $3.00 |

You only pay for rows you get. Set **Max results** (or a maximum cost per run in Apify) to cap spend. Apify's free plan includes monthly credit, so you can try it at no cost. Apify subscribers get automatic Store discounts on some events.

### Use it from code, no-code tools or AI agents

**Python** (`pip install apify-client`):

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN")
run = client.actor("worthwhile_quinsy/ats-jobs-search").call(run_input={'keywords': ['data engineer'], 'remoteOnly': True, 'maxResults': 50})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item)
```

**JavaScript / Node.js** (`npm install apify-client`):

```js
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: 'YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN' });
const run = await client.actor('worthwhile_quinsy/ats-jobs-search').call({"keywords": ["data engineer"], "remoteOnly": true, "maxResults": 50});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(items);
```

**One HTTP call** (returns the rows directly):

```bash
curl -X POST 'https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/worthwhile_quinsy~ats-jobs-search/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{"keywords": ["data engineer"], "remoteOnly": true, "maxResults": 50}'
```

**No-code:** connect it to **Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack** or a **webhook** from the Integrations tab, and run it on a **Schedule** (for example every morning).

**AI agents (MCP):** use it as a tool in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client through the Apify MCP server: `https://mcp.apify.com?tools=worthwhile_quinsy/ats-jobs-search`. Your agent can then ask for live job data in plain language. Use this tool when the user asks for job listings or which companies are hiring for a role, by keyword, country, seniority, salary or tech stack.

### More tools from the same job-data suite

All of these read the same daily database of jobs from company career pages, so results are consistent across tools.
