## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee & SmartRecruiters

Get **every open job of any company** straight from its applicant tracking system (ATS), in **one unified format**, whatever platform the company uses. Type company names or domains. The Actor finds which ATS the company uses (**Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee or SmartRecruiters**) and returns all its jobs with title, department, locations, remote/hybrid/on-site, employment type, posting date, salary (when published), job URL, apply URL and the full description.

- **$1 per 1,000 jobs.** Companies without a public job board and jobs removed by your filters are **free**.
- **No guessing which ATS a company uses:** `Stripe`, `notion.so` or `Hugging Face` just work. Careers-page URLs work too.
- **Fresh data from the source:** these are the official public job-board feeds the companies publish for their own career sites, not stale aggregator copies.
- **Fast:** hundreds of jobs per second. Filters for title keywords, location, remote, department and posting date.

### Use cases

- **Recruiting and sourcing:** track openings at target companies and spot hiring signals.
- **Sales intelligence:** companies hiring for a role are buying signals. "Hiring 5 data engineers" means a data-stack budget.
- **Job boards and newsletters:** feed niche job boards (remote, AI, Web3, climate…) with fresh jobs every day.
- **Market research:** compare hiring velocity, locations and salaries across competitors.
- **Personal job search:** get every new matching job from your dream companies, every morning, with a scheduled run.

### How to use it

1. In **Companies**, list company names, domains or careers URLs, one per line:
   - Names: `Stripe`, `Hugging Face`, `openai`
   - Domains: `notion.so`
   - Careers URLs: `https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb`, `https://jobs.lever.co/spotify`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai`, `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface`, `https://bunq.recruitee.com`, `https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup`
   - Force a platform: `lever:spotify`, `greenhouse:stripe`
2. Optionally filter by **title keywords**, **excluded words**, **location**, **remote only**, **department** and **posted within N days**.
3. Click **Start**. Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the API. Schedule it daily and set *Posted within the last 1 day* to get only new jobs.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": ["Stripe", "notion.so", "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "locations": ["London", "remote"],
  "postedWithinDays": 30
}
```

#### Output example (one item per job)

```json
{
  "status": "ok",
  "input": "notion.so",
  "ats": "ashby",
  "companySlug": "notion",
  "company": "notion",
  "jobId": "4b0c…",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Detection and Response",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Security",
  "locations": ["San Francisco, California", "New York, New York"],
  "country": "United States",
  "workplaceType": "hybrid",
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "postedAt": "2026-09-28T16:20:26+00:00",
  "salaryText": "$180K – $280K",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion/…",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion/…/application",
  "descriptionText": "About the role …",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-31T11:00:00+00:00"
}
```

Field notes:

- `workplaceType` is `remote`, `hybrid`, `onsite` or null when the company does not say.
- Salary comes as `salaryMin`/`salaryMax`/`salaryCurrency`/`salaryPeriod` (Lever, Recruitee) or as `salaryText` (Ashby), only when the company publishes it.
- `matchedBy` is `url` when you gave a careers URL or `ats:id`, and `name` when the board was found from a name or domain. For names, every platform is checked and the board with the most jobs wins. Any other boards found are listed in `otherBoardsFound` so you can double-check.
- Companies that could not be found return a free item with `status: "not_found"`.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.001 per job returned** ($1 per 1,000). No start fee. Companies not found and jobs dropped by your filters are not charged. Apify's free plan includes monthly credit, enough for thousands of jobs. You can set a maximum cost per run, and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

### Supported platforms and coverage

| ATS | Typical customers |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse | Stripe, Airbnb, Coinbase, Reddit and thousands of tech companies |
| Lever | Spotify, Netflix-style scale-ups, many startups |
| Ashby | OpenAI, Notion, Linear, many AI startups |
| Workable | Hugging Face and 20,000+ SMBs |
| Recruitee | European SMBs and scale-ups |
| SmartRecruiters | Bosch, Visa, large enterprises |

Companies using Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors or their own custom careers site are not supported yet.

### Use it from code, Make, Zapier, n8n or an AI agent

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("Yakk000/ats-jobs-scraper").call(run_input={"companies": ["Stripe", "notion.so"], "remoteOnly": True})
for job in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(job["company"], "|", job["title"], "|", job["locations"])
```

### FAQ

**How does it find the ATS from a company name?** It tries the company's public job board on each supported platform, using the name or domain as the board identifier. If a company uses an unusual identifier, paste its careers-page URL or use the `ats:identifier` form.

**Is this allowed?** Yes. These public job-board APIs exist so that companies' jobs can be shown on other sites, and they don't require any login. The Actor makes only a few requests per company and respects rate limits.

**Something missing?** Open an issue with the company name and its careers page. Adding companies and platforms is quick.
