## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## YouTube Channel Email & Lead Finder

Find **YouTube channels by keyword** (or paste channel URLs) and get their **public contact emails**, subscriber counts, total views, country, website and **Instagram / TikTok / X / Facebook / LinkedIn** links in one clean table. Built for **influencer marketing, sponsorship outreach, agencies and B2B lead generation**.

### What you get

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| title, url, handle | Jeremy Ethier, youtube.com/channel/UC..., @JeremyEthier |
| email / emails | business@example.com |
| emailSource | channel description / linked website |
| subscribers, totalViews, videoCount | 7940000, 1.2B, 480 |
| country, joinedDate | Canada, Nov 2, 2012 |
| website, instagram, tiktok, twitter, facebook, linkedin | https://... |
| hasHiddenBusinessEmail | true if YouTube hides a business email behind the "View email" button |

### How it works

1. Searches YouTube for channels matching your keywords (or uses your channel list).
2. Reads each channel's **About** page: description, stats, country and links.
3. Extracts emails from the description. If none, it visits the channel's **own website** (home, contact, about) to find one.
4. Filters by subscriber range so you can target **micro-influencers** (e.g. 10k–100k).

### Pricing (pay per result)

- **$0.003 per channel** scraped
- **+$0.01 only when an email is found**

1,000 channels with ~300 emails ≈ **$6**. Turn on *Only return channels with an email* to pay only for leads you can contact. No subscription, no YouTube API key, no login.

### Input example

```json
{ "searchQueries": ["fitness coach", "home workout"], "maxChannelsPerQuery": 100, "minSubscribers": 10000, "maxSubscribers": 200000, "onlyWithEmail": true }
```

### Use cases

- Influencer & creator outreach lists for brands and agencies
- Sponsorship prospecting for podcasts, newsletters and apps
- Market research: who are the top creators in a niche and where are they based
- Enrich a list of channel URLs with emails and socials

### FAQ

**Does it reveal the hidden "View email address" business email?** No — that requires solving a captcha while logged in. We flag it with `hasHiddenBusinessEmail` so you know the creator has one.
**Is it legal?** It only collects information that channel owners publish publicly. You are responsible for complying with GDPR/CAN-SPAM when contacting people.
**Integrations:** Export to CSV, Excel, JSON, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, n8n or via API.
