## Pricing

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## New Companies & Insolvencies: Spain (BORME) & France (BODACC)

**Reach new companies the week they are registered, and spot insolvencies before they hurt you.**

Every working day, Spain's BORME and France's BODACC publish thousands of company events: new incorporations, insolvency proceedings, dissolutions, sales of businesses, changes of address or capital. This Actor reads both official gazettes, turns each entry into a clean record (company, capital, address, activity and type of event) and lets you filter by region, activity or capital. Schedule it in *New* mode and get **a fresh list every morning**. Company data only, never names of people.

### ✨ Why use it

- 🆕 **Fresh leads:** about 2,500 Spanish registry acts and 5,000 French announcements every working day.
- 🎯 **Filter what matters:** event type, province or département, activity keywords and minimum share capital.
- ⚠️ **Risk alerts:** insolvency proceedings and dissolutions of the companies you work with.
- 🔔 **Only new events:** *New* mode remembers what you already received.
- 🔒 **GDPR-friendly:** sole traders are skipped and names of people are never output.
- 💸 **Pay per event:** $2 per 1,000 events.

### 🌍 Coverage

- 🇪🇸 **Spain:** about 2,500 registry acts a day from the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil: incorporations (with capital, registered office, corporate purpose and start date), dissolutions, extinctions, insolvency situations, changes of office, name, purpose or capital, mergers.
- 🇫🇷 **France:** about 5,000 announcements a day about companies from the BODACC: creations (with SIREN, legal form, capital, address and activity), sales of businesses, insolvency proceedings, deregistrations and other changes.

No proxies, browsers or API keys are involved, so runs take seconds.

### 💡 Use cases

- **B2B sales:** every new restaurant, construction company or software firm in your area, the week it registers, while it still needs suppliers, accountants, insurance and software.
- **Accountants, banks and insurers:** newly incorporated companies with their capital and start date.
- **Credit and supplier risk:** insolvency proceedings and dissolutions of customers and suppliers.
- **Market research:** company creations and closures by activity and region.
- **CRMs and AI agents:** through the Apify API or MCP.

### 🚀 How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** and choose Spain, France or both.
2. Pick the events (new companies, insolvencies…) and narrow them down by province or département, activity keywords or minimum capital.
3. Run it and download the results as **Excel, CSV or JSON**, or read them from the **Apify API**.
4. Want a daily list? Save it as a task in *New* mode, add a **schedule**, and send new events to your CRM through Make, Zapier, n8n or a webhook.

### 📥 Input examples

New companies in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris with "software" or "logiciel" in their activity:

```json
{ "eventTypes": ["creation"], "regions": ["Madrid", "Barcelona", "75"], "keywords": ["software", "logiciel", "informática"] }
```

Daily insolvency monitor for Spain and France (schedule it):

```json
{ "eventTypes": ["insolvency", "dissolution"], "mode": "new", "monitorId": "risk", "publishedWithinDays": 2 }
```

### 📦 Output

One row per company and publication. `eventTypes` can hold several types: a Spanish entry can record, say, a dissolution and an extinction together.

```json
{
  "eventId": "BORME-2026-451551",
  "source": "BORME",
  "country": "ES",
  "eventTypes": ["creation", "officers_change", "other"],
  "publicationDate": "2026-10-13",
  "companyName": "PLAZA GASTRO ALBACETE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA",
  "registryRef": "S 8 , H AB 32542, I/A 1",
  "legalForm": "SL",
  "region": "ALBACETE",
  "city": "ALBACETE",
  "address": "C/ BLASCO IBAÑEZ, 26 2º Dcha-REFERENCIA CATASTRAL (ALBACETE)",
  "capital": 3000.0,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "activity": "La actividad propia de restaurantes y puestos de comidas",
  "startDate": "2026-09-25",
  "url": "https://www.boe.es/borme/dias/2026/10/13/pdfs/BORME-A-2026-197-02.pdf"
}
```

French rows also have `companyId` (SIREN), `department` and `court`, and insolvency rows have the judgment type in `details`.

### 🔒 Personal data

- **Natural persons are left out.** French announcements about sole traders are skipped.
- **Names of people are never output.** That covers Spanish directors, sole shareholders and insolvency administrators, and French directors. An appointment or removal shows up only as `officers_change`.

The gazettes are public, but this Actor only returns company information.

### 💰 How much does it cost?

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| Company event (one row) | $0.002 |

Higher Apify plans get volume discounts. A daily list of 100 new companies costs $0.20, and 1,000 events cost $2.

### ℹ️ Good to know

- BORME is published Monday to Friday, except on national holidays. BODACC is published on working days.
- Some event types exist in only one country (each is labelled in the input form).
- Spanish rows have no company tax id: the BORME does not publish it. `registryRef` identifies the registry sheet.

### 📚 Sources and licences

| Source | Publisher | Licence / terms |
|---|---|---|
| BORME | Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado | Reuse for commercial and non-commercial purposes under the BOE reuse conditions. "Basado en datos de la Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado." |
| BODACC | Direction de l'information légale et administrative (DILA) | Licence Ouverte / Open Licence 2.0 |
