- Fix: `hasDirectParent` and `hasUltimateParent` were always `false`, even on rows where `directParentLei` / `ultimateParentLei` were filled in. The code looked for a `related` link on GLEIF's parent relationships, but GLEIF marks a reported parent with `lei-record` and `relationship-record` links. Both flags now read those links, and are also set to `true` when the parent lookup returns a parent LEI. Rows with only a reporting exception stay `false`. No change to other fields or charging.

- Outside monitor mode, a search stops after reading 1,000 records beyond the maximum results and adds a free `scan_limit` row, so a filter that matches mostly skipped records can't run for long.
