## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Morizon Scraper: Poland property listings and prices

Scrape **Morizon.pl**, one of Poland's largest property portals, by city, district, town or voivodeship. Get **flats, houses, plots, commercial premises and rooms, for sale or for rent**, each with its **price, price per m², area, rooms, floor, location (city, district, neighbourhood, street), agency or developer, photos and the date added**. Turn on **listing details** to add **coordinates, the full description, market (primary or secondary), condition, year built, building type and material, ownership, heating, monthly fees, bedrooms, bathrooms, equipment, facilities and the view count**. No login, no cookies, no Morizon account.

This Actor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Morizon.pl or Grupa Morizon-Gratka.

### What you get

| | |
|---|---|
| **Listing** | Morizon ID, URL, headline, property type, sale or rent, date added, last refreshed |
| **Location** | Voivodeship, city, district, neighbourhood, street; with details also house number, latitude and longitude |
| **Price** | Price or monthly rent in PLN, price per m², previous and lowest-30-day price when Morizon shows them |
| **Size and layout** | Area, plot area, rooms, floor, floors in the building; with details also total area, bedrooms, bathrooms |
| **Seller** | Agency or developer (sales office) name, address, phones, logo, the listing agent, the development name |
| **Media** | Main photo and all card photos, photo count, floor plans, 3D walkthrough and video flags |
| **Listing details** (optional) | Coordinates, full description, market, condition, year built, building type and material, ownership, heating, monthly fee (czynsz / dodatkowe koszty), available from, equipment, facilities, view count, reference number and every other detail Morizon lists |

### How to use it

1. Enter one or more **Locations**: a city or town such as `Warszawa`, `Kraków`, `Łódź` or `Marki`, a city and district such as `Warszawa, Mokotów`, or a voivodeship such as `mazowieckie`.
2. Choose **Sale or rent** and a **Property type**: flats, houses, plots, commercial premises or rooms.
3. Set **Max listings** and any filters, then run.

Each location is searched separately. **Max listings** is the total for the run, shared fairly between your searches. Morizon shows at most 10 result pages (350 listings) per search page; when a search has more, the scraper continues district by district (town by town for a voivodeship) and skips duplicates, so you can still get thousands of listings for a big city.

Fields marked "with listing details" in the dataset schema are filled when **Include listing details** is on (or for a pasted listing link). Every row has the same columns; a value the listing doesn't state is `null`.

### Use cases

- **Price research**: compare asking prices and price per m² by city, district, market and building type.
- **Rental market analysis**: track rents for 1–4-room flats across Polish cities.
- **New-build tracking**: follow developers' primary-market offers and developments.
- **Lead generation for agencies and service providers**: see which agencies and developers list where.
- **Investment screening and maps**: listing details add coordinates to every property.

### FAQ

**Do I need a Morizon account, cookies or a login?** No. The scraper reads the same public pages any visitor sees. It never logs in and needs nothing from you except a location or a link.

**Which places can I search?** Cities, towns and villages as Morizon names them (`Warszawa`, `Bielsko-Biała`, `Marki`), city districts (`Warszawa, Mokotów`, `Kraków, Podgórze`) and voivodeships (`mazowieckie`). Polish letters are optional. A place Morizon has no page for is skipped, not charged, and named in the run's status message. Leave Locations empty and pick a property type to search all of Poland.

**How fast is it?** A result page holds 35 listings and takes 1–2 seconds, so 1,000 listings take about a minute. **Include listing details** opens each listing's own page, roughly one or two listings per second.

**Why does a big search go district by district?** Morizon's robots.txt lets crawlers read only the first 10 result pages of a search (350 listings). To go beyond that, the scraper follows the district (or town) links on the page, inside the place you asked for, and skips listings it already has. Turn off **Split large searches into districts** to stop at 350 per search.

**Why are filter links (with ps\[…] in them) and sorted links not used as-is?** Morizon's robots.txt asks crawlers not to read them. The scraper uses the plain search page and applies price, area, rooms, seller and date filters itself while reading. With filters on, each search stops after 60 result pages unless you raise **Max result pages per search**.

**Which proxy should I use?** Keep the default (Apify Proxy, datacenter). It comes with every Apify plan, including the free one. If Morizon refuses datacenter IPs for a while, the run switches to residential proxies when your account has them, and carries on without them when it doesn't.

**What does a run cost?** You pay a small fee per run, per result page read, per listing saved, and per listing whose details were loaded. See the Pricing tab. Listings removed by your filters, and duplicates found while going district by district, are never charged as listings.

**Is it legal to scrape Morizon?** This Actor only collects publicly available data: property listings that anyone can see on Morizon without an account, such as the location, price, size, building details and the listing agency or developer. Collecting publicly available data is generally legal, but you're responsible for how you use it. Some listings are published by private owners: the scraper never collects a private owner's name or phone number, and it removes personal phone numbers and e-mail addresses from descriptions. You must follow privacy laws such as GDPR, as well as Morizon's terms. If you're unsure, check with a lawyer. More on this: [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)

**Does it access any private data?** No. Everything comes from pages Morizon shows to any visitor without logging in. It never uses a login, never touches user accounts or messages, never reveals hidden phone numbers, and follows the site's robots.txt.

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Cities, towns, districts or voivodeships, e.g. "Warszawa", "Kraków", "Marki", "Warszawa, Mokotów", "mazowieckie". Each location is searched separately. Leave empty to search all of Poland. A place Morizon has no page for is skipped, not charged.

## `transaction` (type: `string`):

Listings for sale or for rent.

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

What kind of property to search for.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of listings for the whole run, shared fairly between your searches. 0 = everything.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Also open every listing page for the coordinates, house number, full description, market (primary / secondary), condition, year built, building type and material, ownership, heating, monthly fee, equipment, facilities, view count and every detail Morizon lists. One extra page per listing, charged per listing.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional: Morizon search pages (e.g. https://www.morizon.pl/mieszkania/krakow/podgorze/ or https://www.morizon.pl/do-wynajecia/mieszkania/gdansk/; ?page= up to 10 is kept) or listing pages (https://www.morizon.pl/oferta/…-mzn2047802603). Filter parameters in links (ps\[…]) are dropped because Morizon's robots.txt disallows them — use the filter fields.

## `rooms` (type: `array`):

Only listings with these room counts. Empty = all.

## `market` (type: `string`):

Primary (new from developers) or secondary market. Can't be combined with Rooms (Morizon has no such page) — Rooms win.

## `subtypes` (type: `array`):

Morizon's own result pages, one search each: blok, apartamentowiec, w-kamienicy, z-balkonem, z-garazem, z-ogrodkiem, z-tarasem, rynek-pierwotny, rynek-wtorny, kawalerki, 2-pokojowe, 3-pokojowe, 4-pokojowe.

## `priceMin` (type: `integer`):

Only listings at or above this price (monthly rent for rentals).

## `priceMax` (type: `integer`):

Only listings at or below this price (monthly rent for rentals).

## `pricePerSqmMax` (type: `integer`):

Only listings at or below this price per m².

## `areaMin` (type: `integer`):

Usable area (plot area for plots).

## `areaMax` (type: `integer`):

Usable area (plot area for plots).

## `sellerType` (type: `string`):

Agencies, developers, private owners or any. Private owners' names and phone numbers are never collected.

## `addedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Only listings added in the last N days. Empty = any time.

## `splitLargeSearches` (type: `boolean`):

Morizon shows at most 10 result pages (350 listings) per page set. When a search has more and you want more, continue district by district (and town by town for voivodeships), skipping duplicates.

## `maxPagesPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Each result page holds 35 listings. With filters on, a search stops after this many pages (default 60 = 2,100 listings checked); without filters it reads as many as Max listings needs. 0 = default.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify Proxy (datacenter) is the default and comes with every Apify plan. If Morizon refuses datacenter IPs for a while, the run switches to residential proxies when your account has them.
