## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Otodom Scraper: Poland property listings and prices

Scrape **Otodom.pl**, Poland's largest property portal, for **flats, houses, plots, commercial property, warehouses, garages, rooms and new developments**, for sale or for rent, anywhere in Poland. Type a city such as `Kraków` or a district such as `Mokotów, Warszawa`. Every listing comes with the **price, price per m², area, rooms, floor, the full location from voivodeship down to the district and estate, the seller type and the agency or developer**, plus photos. Turn on **listing details** to add the full description, **GPS coordinates**, building year, building type, condition, heating, features, floor plans and the agency's reference number. No login, no cookies, no Otodom account.

### What you get

| | |
|---|---|
| **Listing** | Title, URL, listing ID, for sale / for rent, property type, primary or secondary market |
| **Price** | Price in PLN (monthly rent for rentals), price per m², monthly administrative fee (czynsz), "ask for price" flag |
| **Property** | Area (m²), plot area, rooms, floor, and with details: floors in the building, year built, building type and material, condition, ownership, heating, windows |
| **Location** | Street, estate (osiedle), district (dzielnica), city, voivodeship, Otodom's location path, and with details: latitude and longitude |
| **Seller** | Agency, developer or private owner; the agency or developer's name, profile link and logo, the contact person at the agency, and with details: the office address. Private owners stay anonymous. |
| **New developments** | Development name and link, units, price from per m², unit sizes, construction state, delivery quarter |
| **Media** | Main photo, photo URLs, and with details: all photos, floor plans, video and 3D tour links |
| **Text** | Short description, and with details: the full description and every characteristic |
| **Dates** | First published, last refreshed, last modified |

### How to use it

1. Enter one or more **locations**, e.g. `Kraków`, `Warszawa`, `Mokotów, Warszawa`, `Gdańsk` or `mazowieckie`. Leave it empty to search all of Poland.
2. Choose **For sale / For rent** and the **property type**.
3. Set **Max listings** and any filters, then run.

Each location is searched separately. **Max listings** is the total for the run, shared fairly between your locations.

#### Input examples

Two-and three-room flats for sale in Kraków under 800,000 PLN, newest first:

```json
{
  "locations": ["Kraków"],
  "transaction": "sale",
  "propertyType": "flat",
  "rooms": ["2", "3"],
  "priceMax": 800000,
  "sortBy": "newest",
```

Flats for rent in three Warsaw districts, with GPS coordinates and full details:

{
  "locations": ["Mokotów, Warszawa", "Śródmieście, Warszawa", "Wola, Warszawa"],
  "transaction": "rent",

Houses from private owners only, listed in the last 7 days, anywhere in Pomerania:

```json
{
  "locations": ["pomorskie"],
  "propertyType": "house",
  "ownerType": "private",
  "postedWithin": "7",
  "maxItems": 500
}
```

You can also set any filters on otodom.pl and paste the address of the results page into **Otodom URLs**. Every filter in the URL is kept. You can paste listing URLs (`otodom.pl/pl/oferta/…`) too.

Every row has the same columns. A value the listing doesn't give is `null`. Fields marked "with details" in the table above are filled when **Include listing details** is on.

### Use cases

- **Price analysis**: average price per m² by city, district, number of rooms or building year.
- **Rental market research**: rents and administrative fees by district, new rentals every day.
- **Investment screening**: below-market listings, new developments and their delivery dates.
- **Lead generation for the property business**: which agencies and developers are active where, and with how many listings.
- **Monitoring**: schedule a daily run with **Posted within: Last 24 hours** and **Sort by: Newest first**.

### FAQ

**Do I need an Otodom account, cookies or a login?** No. The scraper reads the same public pages any visitor sees. It never logs in and needs nothing from you except a search.

**How do I enter a location?** Type a place the way Otodom writes it: a city (`Kraków`), a district with its city (`Mokotów, Warszawa`) or a voivodeship (`mazowieckie`, or `województwo mazowieckie`). Big cities and regions also work in English (`Warsaw`, `Cracow`, `Masovian`, `Silesia`). If several places share a name, the biggest one is used; add the city or region after a comma to pick another. You can also paste a location path from a result's `locationPath` column, or an Otodom search URL.

**What if Otodom doesn't know my location?** That location is skipped and not charged, and the run's status message says so. Your other locations still run.

**How many listings can I get?** All of them. Set **Max listings** to 0 to get everything your searches find. Otodom shows 72 listings per page, and the scraper pages through all of them.

**How fast is it?** A results page holds 72 listings and loads in about 2 seconds, so 1,000 listings take about half a minute. **Include listing details** opens every listing page, which is slower (about 2 listings per second). Leave it off unless you need coordinates or the full description.

**What are "new-development cards"?** Otodom mixes whole new developments (one card per project, priced "from X PLN per m²") into flat and house results. They're included and marked `propertyType: "investment"`. Turn on **Leave out new-development cards** to skip them; skipped cards are not charged.

**Why don't I see the seller's phone number?** The scraper never collects phone numbers, and private owners are always anonymous: no name, no contact details. Phone numbers and personal e-mail addresses inside descriptions are replaced with `[phone removed]` and `[email removed]`. Agencies and developers are businesses: you get their name, profile link, office address and the name of their contact person for the listing.

**Which proxy should I use?** Keep the default (Apify Proxy, datacenter). It comes with every Apify plan, including the free one. If Otodom refuses datacenter IPs for a while, the run switches to residential proxies when your account has them, and carries on without them when it doesn't.

**What does a run cost?** You pay per listing saved, a separate fee per listing whose details were loaded, and a small fee per run. See the Pricing tab. Listings that are filtered out, skipped or duplicated are never charged.

**Is it legal to scrape Otodom?** This Actor only collects publicly available data: property listings that anyone can view on Otodom without an account. Collecting publicly available data is generally legal, but you're responsible for how you use it. Results can include the names of agencies' contact people, and that counts as personal data; private owners' names and everyone's phone numbers are never collected. You must follow privacy laws such as GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA, as well as Otodom's terms. If you're unsure, check with a lawyer. More on this: [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)

**Does it access any private data?** No. Everything comes from pages Otodom shows to any visitor without logging in. It never uses a login, never touches private accounts, never reaches password-protected areas, and follows Otodom's robots.txt.

This Actor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Otodom or OLX Group.

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Cities, districts or voivodeships as Otodom writes them, e.g. "Kraków", "Warszawa", "Mokotów, Warszawa", "Gdańsk", "mazowieckie".
