- Built-in Companies House key for zero-setup runs, capped at 25 companies per
  run, plus support for a user-supplied key for runs up to 10,000 companies.
- Strict null semantics: `not_requested`, `ok`, `none_on_register` and
  `failed: <reason>` are reported per enrichment and never collapsed into each
  other.
