## Changelog

### 2026-10-14

- New keyword-list filters: contains any of (`containsAny`), contains all of (`containsAll`) and exclude (`excludeKeywords`). Rows they drop are not billed; the first two switch on deep pagination by themselves.
- Richer free review insights row: company reply rate per star, average and median reply time in hours, monthly trend, top complaint keywords (1-2 stars) and praise keywords (4-5 stars), and mentions of your **Insight keywords** (`insightKeywords`). Plain word counting, no AI; the existing insight fields are unchanged.
- Every review now has `reviewerProfileUrl`, the reviewer's public Trustpilot profile.
- Emit only new reviews works without a monitor name: a stable name is derived from the companies.
- Input names of other Trustpilot review Actors are accepted (`companyUrls`, `startUrls`, `searchTerms`, `stars`, `languages`, `filterCountries`, `publishedAfter`, `startDate`, `verified`, `withReplies`, `maxItems`, `sort`), and companies can be given as `{ "url": ... }` objects.
- Clearer input form: Filters, Monitor new reviews, Extra rows and analytics, and Advanced settings sections; new Review insights and Business summaries output views.
- A run with only brand searches or category pages (for example from the API or an AI agent) no longer also scrapes the example company booking.com; an empty input still uses it.
- Reliability: runs now finish before the run's own timeout as well as the Safe runtime budget; at the deadline the browser is closed so a hanging page cannot cause a timed-out run, and the reviews already collected are delivered. Reviews are pushed in batches (faster on large companies). An unreadable or unwritable monitor state and unexpected errors now end with an error row instead of a failed run.

### 2026-10-03

- Lower run start fee: $0.0001 per GB of run memory (was higher), so short runs and AI-agent calls cost less.
- Clearer title and description, and README cleaned up (no duplicated sections).
- Input form: the essential fields come first; optional settings are grouped under "Advanced settings".

### 2026-10-02

- Set Maximum reviews per company to 0 to collect as many reviews as Trustpilot shows without login across its star, language and date slices (up to 10,000 per company, still capped by Maximum total reviews); deep pagination turns on by itself.
- Several star ratings (for example 1 and 2 stars) or several languages are now requested from Trustpilot one by one and share the per-company limit, so bad-review exports are no longer cut short.
- New "Only the last N days" (lastDays) rolling window for scheduled runs.
- Date filters now use Trustpilot's own date windows, and newest-first runs stop paging once reviews are older than your date: fewer wasted pages, and more matching reviews fit inside the page limits.
- New reviewer-country filter (reviewerCountries). Only matching reviews are billed.
- The business summary now shows slicesUsed, pagesFetched and a coverageNote explaining why a company returned fewer reviews than requested; the run summary counts these companies.
- Invalid input now ends with a clear error row instead of a failed run.
- Companies that do not exist on Trustpilot fail fast instead of retrying for minutes.
- If a later Trustpilot page fails, the reviews already collected are delivered instead of being dropped.
- When the maximum charge limit is reached, the last delivered review is counted correctly, and review monitors remember reviews delivered before a charge-limit or runtime stop, so they are not billed twice.

### 2026-10-01

- New Store icon.
- The monitor input is now called monitorName (monitorKey still works for existing tasks and schedules).
- Subscriber discounts on paid Apify plans: Bronze −10%, Silver −15%, Gold and higher −20% per result.
- Simpler pricing: Apify platform usage is now included in the per-result price, so you only pay per result plus a small start fee.
- Prefilled example input, so the first run works with one click.
- New Output tab with a results table and a JSON link for APIs and AI agents.
- README section on using the Actor from AI agents (Apify MCP server) and the REST API.
- Safer memory limits to keep runs fast and costs predictable.
- Residential and SERP proxy groups are replaced by the included datacenter proxy (your own proxy URLs still work), so the price stays all-inclusive.
- At the end of a run, the status message now links to the reviews and issues pages, so you can rate the Actor (1–5 ★) or suggest improvements.
