First release. A competitor-ad monitor for the public Meta Ad Library.

#### Added

- Keyword, Facebook Page URL, and pasted Ad Library URL start modes.
- Optional `mediaType` filter on keyword and Page searches (`all`, `image`, `video`, `meme`, `image_and_meme`, `none`).
- One flat dataset row per ad, including `daysRunning`, copy, media URLs, and spend/impressions when the library shows them.
- Optional `monitorKey`: persist a snapshot and label ads `new` / `ongoing` / `ended` on re-runs.
- Pay-per-event `ad-scraped` only. No start fee. Empty searches and error rows are not charged; the run still succeeds.
- Residential proxies required on the Apify platform. No Meta token.
- Live dataset writes and `current/maxAds` progress logs during the scroll.
- Keep ads already collected if the browser crashes during a long scroll.
