Überwacht deutsche Mietpreise (Kaltmiete, €/m², Zimmer, Wohnfläche) aus Trovit-Rent und Kleinanzeigen,
normalisiert und qualitätsgefiltert, plus Aggregat je Stadt/Ortsteil.

**Empfohlen:** Miet-Suchergebnisseiten-URLs direkt einfügen (Quellen werden automatisch erkannt):
