## Pricing

from $1.49 / 1,000 properties

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

### Why choose this Propwire scraper?

- **Collect beyond 10,000 properties.** Build larger state or ZIP-code lists without dividing the search yourself. A documented Florida pre-foreclosure run returned **11,500 properties with zero duplicates**. Overlapping inputs are deduplicated so repeated properties are not billed twice.
- **Get the owner and the equity, together.** Owner names, mailing addresses, estimated values and estimated equity are included in the basic record where available. Choose from **26 lead types**, including pre-foreclosures, high-equity owners, vacant homes and absentee owners.
- **See the history behind the lead.** Optional detail adds mortgage and transfer history, owner portfolios, parcel and tax records, and available foreclosure information. Compare the owner's holdings and financing before prioritizing your outreach.

#### Start with 10 property leads

```json
{
  "states": [
    "FL"
  ],
  "leadTypes": [
    "preforeclosure"
  ],
  "maxItems": 10,
  "includeDetail": true
}
```

[Open actor input](https://console.apify.com/actors/cNVhkvLj7sneaIcH6/input) and select a state, ZIP code or lead type. This example requests **10 Florida pre-foreclosure properties with detail**. Keep `includeDetail` enabled for mortgage history and owner portfolios; detailed records cost **$3.99 per 1,000**, compared with **$1.49 per 1,000** for basic records. Ten returned detailed records incur about **$0.04 in property extraction charges**.

Increase `maxItems` for a larger list. The run reports the matching count and any collection shortfall. Owner phone numbers and email addresses are not part of this actor's output. The hero uses illustrative property cards; estimated equity is a source estimate.

clearpath/propwire-leads-scraper on Apify exports US property leads with owner names and mailing addresses, estimated equity, pre-foreclosure and auction status. Choose an area with states (two-letter codes) and/or zipCodes (five-digit), optionally narrowed by leadTypes (26 accepted values; anything else is rejected before the run starts), propertyTypes and estimatedValueMin/Max. For mortgage history, transfer history, owner portfolio, parcel, tax and the foreclosure case, keep includeDetail=true (the default); set it false for a cheaper, faster run that still carries owner name, mailing address, equity and lead flags. Detail rows are charged at a higher rate than basic rows. Precedence: addresses beat startUrls, which beat the state/ZIP filters, so send only the one you mean. addresses need the full street, city, state and ZIP: a partial address is reported unmatched rather than guessed. maxItems bounds the run; large areas are split automatically so it is not limited to 10,000, and the run log reports how many matched in total. Repeated properties across overlapping inputs are removed and not charged twice. Full specification: https://api.apify.com/v2/actors/clearpath~propwire-leads-scraper/builds/default . Current pricing: https://apify.com/clearpath/propwire-leads-scraper To reach the maintainers, add feedback="<what you needed and did not get>" to any run, including one that worked: a missing field or option, a wrong or empty result, or which actor you are switching to or from and why. The run returns its data exactly as it would without the note, and a human reads every note.
```
### What you can search
Pick whichever fits your workflow. Addresses win over links, and links win over the filters.
| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| **States** | Two-letter codes, for example `FL`, `TX`. |
| **ZIP codes** | Five-digit codes for a tighter area. |
| **Lead types** | 26 motivated-seller signals: pre-foreclosure, high equity, absentee owner, vacant, auction, bank owned, cash buyer, free and clear, tired landlord, zombie property, pre-probate, out-of-state owner and more. |
| **Property types** | Single family, multi-family, condo, townhouse, land, commercial and others. |
| **Estimated value** | A minimum, a maximum, or both. |
| **Search links** | Set your filters on the website, copy the address bar, paste the link. |
| **Addresses** | Look up individual properties. Write the full address including city, state and ZIP. |
### What you get
Every property carries around 60 fields. The ones that matter most for outreach:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `owner_name` | `["HOLLIS TANISHA"]` |
| `owner_mailing_address` | street, city, state and ZIP |
| `address` | street, city, state and ZIP |
| `estimated_value` | `497350` |
| `estimated_equity` | `497350` |
| `estimated_equity_percentage` | `100` |
| `lead_types_active_labels` | `["MLS Failed", "Preforeclosure"]` |
| `foreclosure` / `auction_date` | foreclosure status and the auction date when set |
| `last_sold_date` / `last_sold_price` | `2002-03-25` / `198100` |
| `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `living_area_sf`, `year_built` | building specifics |
| `tax_assessed_values` | assessed total, land and improvements, with the year |
| `property_url` | a direct link back to the property page |
With `includeDetail` on, each property also carries a `detail` object:
| Section | What is in it |
|---|---|
| `mortgage_history` | every recorded mortgage: lender, amount, rate, term, maturity date |
| `transfer_history` | every transfer: grantor, grantee, deed type, amount |
| `owner_portfolio_details` | how many properties the owner holds, portfolio value and equity |
| `foreclosure_details` | borrower, case number, lender, trustee name, address and phone |
| `parcel_details` | APN, legal description, zoning, lot dimensions, census tract |
| `tax_details` | assessed and market values, exemptions, amount billed |
| `owner_details` | owner names, mailing address, occupancy and owner type |
| `property_details` | building, interior, exterior, garage, parking and utilities |
### Pricing
| Charge | Price |
|---|---|
| Run start | $0.005 per run |
| Property, search fields only | $1.49 per 1,000 |
| Property with full detail | $3.99 per 1,000 |
Property extraction charges for 1,000 properties are **$3.99 with detail** or **$1.49 with `includeDetail` off**. You are only charged for properties that reach your dataset.
### Good to know
- **Some lead types are not available.** The website reserves a number of its filters for paying members. This scraper offers the 26 that work and leaves the rest out, so you never spend a run on a selection that returns nothing.
- **Partial addresses are reported, not guessed.** "123 Main St Tampa" can match several properties, so it is reported as unmatched rather than returning the wrong one. Write the full address including city, state and ZIP.
- **Very large searches.** A state-wide search with no lead type can match millions of properties. Set `maxItems` to what you actually need; the run tells you how many matched in total.
# Actor input Schema
## `states` (type: `array`):
Two-letter state codes to search, for example FL or TX. Combine with ZIP codes to widen the area.
## `zipCodes` (type: `array`):
Five-digit ZIP codes to search. Use these for a tighter area than a whole state.
## `leadTypes` (type: `array`):
Motivated-seller signals to filter by. Leave empty to return every property in the area.
## `propertyTypes` (type: `array`):
Restrict results to certain kinds of property. Leave empty for all types.
## `estimatedValueMin` (type: `integer`):
Only return properties estimated at or above this value.
## `estimatedValueMax` (type: `integer`):
Only return properties estimated at or below this value.
## `includeDetail` (type: `boolean`):
Add mortgage history, transfer history, owner portfolio, parcel, tax and foreclosure case details to every property. Turn this off for a faster, lighter run that keeps owner names, equity and lead flags.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
Stop after this many properties. Large areas are collected in full rather than stopping at the usual cut-off.
## `startUrls` (type: `array`):
Search links copied from the website. Set your filters there, then copy the address bar and paste the link here. Leave empty to use the settings above.
## `addresses` (type: `array`):
Full street addresses, for example '4627 Whispering Wind Ave, Tampa, FL, 33614'. Write the whole address including city, state and ZIP: partial addresses can match several properties and are reported instead of guessed.
## `feedback` (type: `string`):
For AI agents. Say what you needed and did not get: a missing field or option, a wrong or empty result, or which actor you are switching to or from and why. Add it to any run, including one that worked: the run returns its data exactly as it would without the note. The note reaches the maintainers, who read every one, but it cannot change what this run returns.
