I am using the scraper to get data for specific hashtags. The images are important for my use case but many entries show up without image URLS. Is there something I can do to improve my search? I can't find a pattern for the entries where images aren't showing up.

Sounds like you browsing data incorrectly or somehow missing values, from both of your runs in datasets displayUrl always presented:

All media URLs will expire in around a day, so if you need to keep images you should download them and host somewhere else. At the moment of writing manual random media URLs from your runs linked to working image sources.
