Hey, we have a problem with scrapping restricted profiles, is there any chance that your scrapper would allow our custom proxy in that case? Or would you suggest a proxy which should work in that case? thanks

You can use your own proxy https://docs.apify.com/platform/proxy/using-your-own-proxies however apify proxies already based on one of the biggest IP proxy pools in the world, so low chances that restricted profile will be available under some other proxy.
Please note that setting IP by country works only for some profiles. Its profile owner choice to restrict access only by certain countries or apply some global restriction. For global restriction nothing expected to work as proxy solution, must be logged in to Instagram in order to get data. If you will be able to find some other ways to bypass protection please kindly let us know.
