Hey we have some results who looks like that they are correct, but we receive information that some of that data is restricted

In most cases there is now way around, no any other details available for such profiles without Instagram login.
However some profiles restricted only for certain countries, i.e. "costco" limited by age in USA, so if you want scrape full details instead of partial you need to find country where restriction not applied, for "costco" its at least Thailand, for other restricted profiles you need to check and find out yourself, see how it can be done by json input in sample run: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/WN2ntfSc0SKmjBCwX
