Could you please share the run where you encountered this issue? You are using the Google Drive integration, which seems to have succeeded in the past few runs. If you want to export the data into a Google Sheets spreadsheet, consider using one of our Google Sheets integrations, e.g. Google Sheets Import & Export - we even have a tutorial on our blog about this integration.
Regarding the second question: AFAIK, we can ensure the proper functionality for our "Google sheet as a list of start URLs" feature only for Google Sheets with one column - so I'm afraid the answer to the question is no.
If you need such a feature, consider checking out the official API for Google Sheets. Alternatively, simply add the first column with URLs to the output dataset and have it exported to the output Google Sheet.
