Amazon Reviews Scraper
14 days trial then $40.00/month - No credit card required now
Amazon scraper to extract reviews from Amazon products. Scrape and download detailed reviews without using the Amazon API, including rating score, review description, reactions and images. Download your data as HTML table, JSON, CSV, Excel, XML.
I am having this issue for multiple products, the error that seems to be related is: "ERROR AmazonCrawler: Request failed and reached maximum retries. Error: Review page not loaded properly."
It seems that the Amazon page itself has this limit, so is there a workaround and will the scrapper be updated to resolve this?
Hi Ujjwal, Thank you for reporting! Our delivery team is currently looking into it and we'll keep you posted on the progress.
Hi have this problem too and I saw yesterday the same limit in Amazon.com. After 10 pages, there is no more "next page", but instead the website suggests to 'search or filter all reviews'. I would like to know if you can solve the problem in to choose if buying one of your plannig.
Hello, can you let me know if there is any progress on this? This is seriously affecting my processes and it is very important for me to find out if there is a way.
Hello, our team is working on overcoming this issue, as mentioned above this is related to changes on the Amazon site, and adding the filter option might potentially fix it. We'll keep you posted.
Hi all, you can now filter the reviews by rating and get more than 100 reviews - up to 100 reviews for each star, making it 500 reviews in total.
The actor has a new input field filterByRating
with the following options:
["allStars", "fiveStar", "fourStar", "threeStar", "twoStar", "oneStar", "positive", "critical"]
You can also combine the filter with different sorting - by most helpful and most recent reviews.
Unfortunately, the actor is not able to extract all product reviews at the moment because Amazon places a limit of 10 pages for each search configuration. We're discussing possible options to maximize the number of extracted reviews and overcome even the limit of 500 reviews.
We're considering to support filtering by search queries as well (see the attached image). Would you be interested in such a feature? The idea is that the user would provide a set of search queries on the input depending on their use case. The actor would then apply those search queries one by one and fetch up to 100 reviews for each search query. It would also deduplicate the reviews.
Thank you Kristyna, star filters are enough for now, but search queries look useful as well!
