Some reviews have no reviewUrl. No reviewId or some uniqueId per review

It looks like the reviewUrl missing when the reviewer is outside the region of origin of the specified productUrl in the input. For example this product https://www.amazon.de/dp/B09G93HF2L. In the result (run ID YT2w9YerkNazSAMoD) only reviews from Germany have the reviewUrl. If I change the URL to Italy https://www.amazon.it/dp/B09G93HF2L, then only reviews from Italy have the reviewUrl (run ID 1ybuc8ics5P9eJbTx). Is it possible for you to include the reviewUrl in result? Or if it is not possible, could you please add the reviewId instead?
