Hey Tom, the scraper was having issues with the country settings (UK) for the automatic proxies you were using for the run. When scraping Amazon, we often face many blockings and as such I'd advise you to use RESIDENTIAL proxies. These are a bit more expensive when it comes to usage, however way more effective for sites such as Amazon. I tried reproducing your run on residential proxies and was able to retrieve reviews without problems - see here: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/hXdLR2nTSakzeueVD
