Hello,
I have a limit resets on May 5. But, 2hrs before midnight of May 5, my limit reset and it started to take usage from my next months limit. I was hoping if you could reset my usage to 0 for the next month as those usage were counted before the clock reset. I already paid a lot of money which is a lot as I am a student. Please reconsider my case, thank you.
