What does the option filter for most relevant comments signify? To whom is it relevant? How does the actor determine this? Or is this according to the Facebook algorithm?

Hi! Its like in Facebook, just named a bit different, because for group posts and page posts sorting named different in Facebook UI: "Top comments" for group post but "Most relevant" for page posts. Same with "Most recent" and "Newest".
