Scrapper does not work via API

I'm trying to get the comments for this post ,, from the apify page it works fine , but when I try to use the api I get CheerioCrawler: Reclaiming failed request back to the list or queue. BLOCKED 6660898060681604 Rate limit exceeded, how can I fix this? I know what the error refers to, but why from the apify page if it supports and how do I make it work also from the API?
Hi! In your API run datacenter proxy was specified and its never expected to work because Facebook do not show any data for datacenter IPs.
