Different output when it should be static

Running on 'startUrls' and 'maxEvents' parameters only (no search parameter) returns an different set of events on repeated identical API calls. Sometimes less than maxEvents, sometimes more, sometimes only a subset of startUrls have events for them, sometimes all of them do. Seems very random.

It might be more dataset items saved then specified by maxEvents and its normal (reason is not to loose search results which vary a bit based on IP, so approach might look weird but we will keep it for now), so 8 events instead of 6 as in run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/ZEVRppOuuRrmFg1vZ is normal
