Scraper keeps returning 15 records, even when no limits are set, this has happened consistently for lots of previous runs - any idea?

OK I believe I have updated that to use a residential proxy and I still only returns 15 records, here is the run ID: 4EJdG3v4c9KyOrMcY. Attached is a screenshot - if this is incorrect, can you please tell me the exact settings I should be using.
