Hello I tried with the free version to scrap restaurant data from Chiang Mai, TH. This worked perfectly. Now, that I have the paid plan and try with Bangkok or Phuket I only get a few results and the run ends within a short period of time although there would be a huge number of restaurants to scrap data from. What could be the issue?

I am facing the same issue. Trying to scrape restaurants in different locations in Florida. The runs end with only a small percentage of the available restaurants, between 3% and 10%. Is this normal?

I am not able to get much data. and i am facing this issue. so how can i update my plan when i am not happy or satisfied with the free plans.

Do not update the plan yet. It is not working correctly! I was able to get 1000 results for a city with the free plan. So this must be a bug.

Yes, this is probably a bug, it's mostly likely caused by an update by TripAdvisor. We are looking into this and will fix this ASAP.

It was indeed caused by an update by TripAdvisor, they added some new blocking for restaurant search.
