Can I scrap Questions & Answers section as well?
Hi Alex, thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, because of the Pay Per Result pricing model of this Actor, it would be quite hard to implement. "Questions & Answers" extraction logic would be very similar to reviews which currently have their own Actor. So we would probably have to create a brand new Actor just for Q&A. We need some more demand from the users for that. I've added this to our backlog of features. I will keep you updated here, thanks!

Hi, I am doing the ZAPIER integration with the TripAdvisor Scrapper app. However, instead of recieving structured data, i am revieving csv strings that i cannot manage to transform into a proper table into Zapier. Could you help me transform the data in order to make sure i can implement it into a table in Zapier ? thanks for your help
Hi Jean, possibly opening a new issue for this would make things a bit clearer.
Anyways, quick info for you. I believe this is not directly possibly in Zapier alone. Please use a utility Actor like the Merge, Dedup & Transform Datasets. You can connect it and start the Actor either through Zapier, or you can use an Actor to Actor integration directly here, which I would recommend.

Hi there - We would like to only update one specific reviews status e.g. whether it is replied or not. The use case is that once the review is replied we want to update the status on our end to replied within next 15 min, we do not want to run a request to sync all reviews. Thank you.

This issue is a bit unrelated but I will reply to you here. Unfortunately, we've decided not to add support for this feature.
Our reasoning behind this:
- The implementation would require a big change in our codebase of how we extract reviews.
- It would require extraction from a webpage, as opposed to the extraction from the TripAdvisor's frontend API. Regular webpages are getting heavily blocked and this would result in the costs increasing drastically.
- The current price per result would not fit this single review feature. The current price is set to work well on the current 20 reviews per request, while this would only get 1, meaning we would have to increase the price even for users that do not wish to use this feature.
