Inconsistent performance with direct tweets URL

I'm using this Actor to get metrics of tweets for which I already have the direct URL.
For the same amount of tweets, the duration of the scraping varies greatly, from around 2s for each tweet to multiple minutes without a single tweets scraped.
In attachment I have provided an example of a run that lasted 10 minutes without scraping a single tweet.
For me these differences seem random, is there an explanation on what makes a scraping fast or not, and how can I optimize my settings to make sure I get the best results?
