Can I scrape the target of a reply as well?

Hi,

I'm trying to scrape tweets for the purpose of AI model training. When scraping a tweet that's replying to another tweet, I want to be able to scrape the original tweet (the one that's being replied to) and save its text, so that there's context behind the reply.

I've figured out how to scrape as many tweets from a specific user as are needed, but when it comes to scraping replies, the scraper does not return the text of the post that's being replied to. Can this be accomplished with the tool as it is and I just haven't found the right parameters? Or is it not possible?

Thanks

HT

Found a workaround, thankfully the id of whatever the tweet is in reply to is provided. So I can just run 2 scrapes.
