Crawling Not Returning Enough Results Again

Hello,
The crawler is not returning results again no matter how many times I run it. This happens when I have the setting "extract following" checked. It deterministically returns 101 or 51 results. This bug does NOT happen when I have both "extract following" and "extract followers" checked. I previously submitted an issue and the root cause you gave was due to Twitter's instability. Given the reproducible behavior of this bug, your reason is unlikely to be true. I've attached an example of successful run. Please look into it more closely.
