Hi! Sounds like you have similar problem as in https://console.apify.com/actors/dSCLg0C3YEZ83HzYX/issues/bzBYW9ibcZZfiXoJM - actor getting data, so not related to actor itself, exporting data to other formats is the same for all actors, value somehow lost in export or not recognized in full details by external software.

What do I need and pay for the actor if I cannot export the values I want? I need followerscount and it does not show in the Selected Fields nor in the Omit Fields no matter if I choose All Fields or any format (JSON, CSV, Excel etc.). This is a bug somewhere that needs to be solved or I need to ask to refund the cost of the run which is useless without the most important metric of followerscount. Thanks for any help.

Hi again, we have checked some of your runs and the followerscount seems to be there, both in the output and also in the exported JSON. E.g. in the run here https://console.apify.com/view/runs/BuqdV7eRI2fERVZHa Do you think you could describe to us step by step what do you do with the results, so we can identify where and when are the data getting lost? Or ideally record your screen and make a video if possible. It would be great for us to be able to identify the cause here. Thank you!

Hey, this is the screenshot from the dataset from the run you mention and the followers count is there.
I am aware the field is not in the Export modal - you cannot choose it from the dropdown - but if you write it and press enter, it works. I am totally aware of how bad UI that’ll is and I am trying top deal with it on our side, but it would be a long wait for you. Let me know if you need screenshots of how to do it and sorry for the inconveniences.
