Not scraping all comments

I've made some tests with a couple of TikTok URLs but unfortunately, I got only a portion of the comments when posts had >10 comments. For example, this run scrapped a TikTok with over 140 comments, which I guess 50/70 are not replies. Nonetheless, I only got 19 rows for this run which is supposed to scrape all non-reply comments. Is it always going to be like this? Only a small portion of the comments will be scrapped? Is there any way I can extract all comments for one post, even though it has around 100 comments?
